Trabajador VS calistenico. [ENG/ESP]
Trabajador VS Calistenico.
Worker VS Calisthenics.
Datos de Juanito:
- 42 Años de edad.
- Mide 1.80.
Well let's talk about the difference between my body data and his, clearly there is a very big difference:
Juanito's data:
- 42 years old.
- He is 1.80 meters tall.
- He works in water pressure equipment, the most he has lifted in his work is 100kg, the most difficult >thing he has done in his work at the level of muscular demand is to wash tanks of 200mil liters and do >plumbing work in these tanks.
Mis datos:
- 20 Años.
- Mido 1.63.
Clearly in build, weight, height and brute strength I'm way ahead.
My data:
- 20 years old.
- I'm 1.63.
-I have worked in the field carrying vegetable packages between 25kg to 50kg, I have worked in >construction, I have been exercising since I was 12. I do not know how much is the maximum that I have >carried.
The Push ups challenge is based on doing a maximum of push ups, but talking to Juan he is telling me how many push ups he has done, so through what he told me we set a goal, the goal was 25 Push ups, but I ate one haha, but good!
The pull ups are understood by the result of the push ups the clear difference of mastery of your own body weight, clearly I have a greater mastery than Juan, so I told him to set a goal that he had not yet achieved and try to overcome it.
The famous Squats, Juan in his youth played soccer, practiced break dance, free running and for my part I do not have so much resistance at the level of the legs so there was a small difference. Besides I had not thought that lately I am cycling with a friend who is in the semi-professional category of cycling in Colombia so I was a little fatigued.
Static biceps curl, the truth is that my strength in muscular areas is the biceps but Juan's strength is the forearm, he must have 45cm of forearms so he has a lot of strength, resistance and the demand in a short time that he has in the work obviously his brute strength and muscular resistance in the arms is high.
For now it's just a tie, who do you bet will win, THE man of brute force or calisthenic, I'll read you in the comments, well friends I hope you are all very well and that you liked the post and this style of thematic and without anything else to say see you in a next post!
