9km Walking From The Outskirts To The City Center
When I decided to walk more, I planned it the night before. This was to ensure I woke up on time.

I woke up at 3:30 a.m. and got ready for my morning routine. I started walking at 5 a.m.

At 5 a.m., the sun hadn't risen yet, but it was already starting to get light. I used Google Maps to find new routes I hadn't been on before.

I was looking for new destinations I hadn't reached on foot before. This way, I wouldn't get bored walking. Using Google Maps' walking routes, I could also gauge how far I would cover.
I headed to the train station in the city center, Purwosari Station. I estimated that I would cover about 9 km.

I walked through rice fields. Then, the sun began to rise around 6 a.m. It was truly beautiful.

It was a leisurely walk, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery.

Scenery that city dwellers, who are busy working every day, don't necessarily get to enjoy.

I also passed through the village area. The villages were clean and unique. Each village had its own unique art.

I saw art on a wall at the corner of a small alley in the village. Creative.
Then I also passed rice fields with teak trees. A beautiful path, neatly arranged teak trees.

Only for pedestrians and motorcycles, because this was still on the outskirts of the city.
Then, finally, I started towards the city center. The day was getting hot. There were no shady trees. That's why a hat and mask were very useful.

I passed through the underpass in the city center. I was close to the station, so I started watching the trains pass by.

As I was approaching the station, there was a tunnel, but I didn't go through it because it was a different route.

Eventually, I arrived at Purwosari Station. Later, I would take the train home, because my house is also close to the train line.

In front of Purwosari Station, there's a beautiful flyover. Under the flyover, various plants are planted, which thrive easily because the area receives little sunlight.
It's a nice step toward greening the city center. It's well-organized.

I'll share another part of my journey next time. I arrived downtown at 7 a.m., so it took about two hours to walk the 9 km. See you guys!

I definitely congratulate you on those 9 kilometers.
A virtual hug!
Good morning, dear friend @anggreklestar.
It's admirable how early you get up to go for a walk; without a doubt, the best time to do it is before dawn.
What a beautiful and colorful walk! You went through some truly lovely places.
Thank you so much for sharing this experience.
Have a wonderful day.
Wow you wake up really early by the way what a long and nice walk ❤️
Walking is always good exercise, and it's even better with scenery like those ones.
Just keep doing it, @anggreklestari.
