A Traditional Menu For The Busy Day
It’s not everyday I can cook for myself. Often my cooking results just done by my family members.
So I just cook for them then I search for the another one. Then, let’s take a look the traditional dish Ayam Penyet served with warm rice and sprinkled with fried onion.
I bought this traditional menu through online takeaway service. So no need to my energies out again.
Ayam Penyet is fried chicken with special sauce/chili sambal with crazy spicy. Wanna try this one?
The surface of the chicken is crispy while inside still juicy and have a nice texture of the chicken meat.
The taste is soooo yummy until the inside of the chicken meat. Same with the complement such as tempeh, sausages. The combination of spicy and savory taste. Yummy!
The contents of the sauce contain crunchy slices of onion, made the taste sooo great with fresh herbs and spices. Did you wanna try this one?

Ayam Penyet is actually a great meal for a busy day dear. I eat fry chicken almost every week, but I never try with this special sauce yet. I only have tomatoes as a dipping sauce. It would be great for me to give it a try one day.
