(Batam City Stories) Yellow Gank Cafe Enhancing Spirit
Welcome again to my Batam City Stories. Our journey a few months ago was focused on lifting my spirits over the many losses that have occurred.
Get on a plane, drive around a foreign city by car, and wait, taste the food in the new city. It's kind of therapy.
Sudden unexpected things are also a great therapy to replace pleasure and feelings of excitement. Just like that time I accidentally found a cafe in Batam City.
Yellow Gank is located at the top of the hill, in the Tiban Center area. So I can see the place from the highway which is lower than the cafe.
Yellow, No Mellow!
Yellow is magical to me. As reflected by the sun. Give new enthusiasm, optimism, and hope. It will all create happiness.
As soon as I saw the Yellow Gank cafe design, I immediately felt cheerful. At first I didn't realize why there were so many yellow elements in the cafe. I can't even think of a relationship between the name of the cafe and the dominant color in the cafe.
The funny thing is I realized all of that when I was about to write about this cafe. So I think this place is pretty cool. They can represent the name of their cafe with the design of the cafe itself.
The iron material on the cafe benches is colored yellow. Also some parts of the cafe's walls are combined with black.
Hmm, wait, let's take a few steps back for a moment. After I realized the concept of the cafe filled with yellow, it turns out that there are several things in the area before entering the cafe that also have a contrasting yellow color.
I don't know, maybe it's just a coincidence. But, of course I really enjoyed the coincidences.
The plants on the side of the sidewalk leading to Yellow Gank have beautiful yellow flowers. Because the flowers give me spirit, I also take pictures around these flowers.
What do you think about the results of my photos with these beautiful flowers? Hmm, at that time my body looked really full because at that time I had just had a miscarriage, maybe I looked like a woman who was pregnant at a young age, right?
Well, let's get back to the Yellow Gank cafe to see what I ordered there.
My Orders
I chose the Hot Vanilla Latte because on a cold night I needed hot coffee. Then, for food, I chose the signature Yellow Gank Rice Bowl.
As a response, unfortunately they don't serve rice bowls with yellow bowls. Instead they only served the rice bowl in a plain white bowl. But that's fine for me.
The most important thing is the overall taste of the ingredients in the rice bowl which is quite delicious.
Paying a total of about $3.5, I think it's pretty decent in a big city like Batam City. Plus, I like the atmosphere around the cafe.
As far as my eyes looked ahead, I could see the city lights that were very beautiful. Well, thank you Yellow Gank cafe for providing happiness for me that night.
MEOW, MEOW, MEOW
Maybe you have often seen a cat in my food content. Yeeep! It can be said that the cat always approached me when I was eating. Moments like these also add happiness to me.
Well, that was a little bit about my story when I enjoyed Yellow Gank at a yellow cafe. A cafe that adds to my Happiness experience in the city of Batam. Although Not my own city but I became quite comfortable. What's more, when I'm grieving, I can get through those times. Although ..., of course all that is not easy.
Whatever the moments we are going through right now, Don't forget to mindfullness. Something that happens in our life, believe me that is the best reason for ourselves even though we don't know the exact answer at that moment. Just need to be sure and do not give up. Keep It Up!

Rice bowl has many variation for sure.
I gave slice of beef for that cat. I never let cat go before I give some food for cat 🙂

I so love it when businesses do their things just beyond the thought of gaining profits. The attention put into this cafe is so impressive. Their intentionality with the color to match their name in a beautiful way is brilliant. I really do not think the flowers are there by coincidence. Yellow is indeed an inviting colour.

A yellow theme, that sound quite interesting. It's good to meet another person who sees food as therapy, sometimes I opt for cooking when I am feeling down mentally.
