Being an Employee Decreases Artful Creativity and Blockchain Can Be a Solution

The work patterns of employees who are disciplined, organized, and with tight deadlines especially in the marketing and digital sectors make employees difficult for themselves.

That is why when we become employees, we are often said to only help the company owners realize their dreams, while the employees are only unsatisfied paid workers and often fuel a lot of personal and family satisfaction in the company.

Only a few companies provide facilities for their employees to stay comfortable and feel productive and develop themselves.

So what if someone who likes to make art, paintings, writing, music, and so on if they become formal workers? Will they lose a lot of time producing creative art for themselves? Most of it, yes.

My Experiences

At least that was what I experienced last year when I was still working as a consultant at one of the state-owned oil companies.

Daily heavy pressure makes me fail to think about my work. My project only stops on my second book.

In fact, it feels very difficult to think of creative things to create art if you are an employee.

In fact, sometimes to become a true artist, in some areas it is not supported by a decent living allowance. Artworks are not bought at reasonable prices so artists must be employees elsewhere.

Blockchain is a Solution

After I required resigning as an employee due to family matters, then I became a full-time content creator on Blockchain, Steem, and now HIVE Blockchain.

I am very grateful and I can think of many things for my latest book project. Although for now I am still preparing the project and it is not yet complete.

Blockchain is a solution to be able to achieve financial freedom while being able to work creatively without too much pressure. Users can have plenty of time to grow their business, expand their networks, while being able to earn a little for income through passive income.
Maybe for common people it still sounds difficult, but for minorities who believe in the power of blockchain and crypto, then only need a few tricks to be able to earn money from the blockchain.

The great thing is, we can sell our various types of services on many blockchain platforms. In general, the work can be done by remotely work so that it will greatly ease the burden if we work together for some of these clients.

In addition to being a content creator, I have also found several clients who work together to create content for websites and social media in the field of crypto exchange.
