Chicken Dinner with Iced Mustard Green Juice
Fried chicken comes with chili sauce, and vegetables. It's delicious to imagine it for those who like spicy chili sauce.
I always get excited when I imagine crazy spicy things. That's why I often rely on spicy food to improve my good mood.
Fried chicken like this is usually served with fried tempeh, fried tofu, and fried eggplants.
Spicy sauce is the key. If it's not spicy, of course it won't taste good and it will just like fried chicken normally.
In Indonesia, we named this menu as AYAM PENYET.
In addition there is a little good soup so that the overall taste of the dish becomes fresher.
For drinking, there is a glass of pineapple and mustard green juice blend.

Ayam penyet! We have it here too 🤣 Yes. The rempah is very important to makes it taste good, but my opinion for what makes it stands out is the dipping sauce. I don't often eat this, but sometimes I have a crave on it since my first experience back in 2011 in Indonesia.
Kalau nanti saya ke Malaysia, saya akan coba bagaimana rasa dari ayam penyet malaysia. ehehe
Nothing compares to what I had in Indo many years ago. May be they make it more suitable for the local😅 Do let me know if you come.
