Classic Fried Rice With Ginger Milk For Dinner
A plate of classic fried rice that makes the night fun, dispels the cold, and tastes good and a glass of warm ginger milk makes the atmosphere beautiful.
The whole journey is filled with lights. It felt like a chilly night with the wind signaling it was going to rain, but luckily I was quite sensitive that night and I put on a jacket to keep me warm.
I wanted classic fried rice that night. Fried rice is made simply without the addition of many improvisations. The simplicity will remind me of the difficult times for my family and how we survived in those days. You could say it is like gratitude I have gone through all.
Classic Fried Rice
Let me invite you to enjoy classic fried rice that is rich in taste. This version of fried rice uses soy sauce, a secret garlic seasoning that always makes each fried rice made by a certain person have character, as well as spicy chili that makes fried rice tempting. Toppings in the form of seafood or egg complement the fried rice components. Also don't forget the crackers and slices of cucumber and lettuce for the garnishes.
I managed to find a plate of classic fried rice at A3 Coffee in the city where I live. I am very excited waiting for this dish to come to the table.
So, when finally a plate of fried rice arrived at my table it made me happy. The smell of warm fried rice is enough to make me gulp. But I have to wait a while so that the fried rice is not too hot to eat.
How About The Taste?
I was lucky this time. In a place that doesn't look fancy, I actually managed to get classic fried rice that tastes authentic and satisfies my expectations.
Spicy, sweet, salty blends perfectly with the right amount of fried rice. The texture of the fried rice is also not too dry so it is comfortable when I chew them in my mouth.
For only paying $0.8 it is a decent portion of fried rice to be enjoyed as dinner.
I will come back to A3 Coffee for sure next time to try other menus here which are offered at affordable prices.
Ginger Milk
Cold nights are the right conditions for a warm glass of ginger milk. This place also provides this menu for those of us who don't want to order a coffee menu.
The sweetness in this glass of ginger milk isn't overwhelming and that's good. The spicyness of the ginger itself warms the throat and also feels in the chest but that is indeed the sensation we seek when we drink this ginger milk.
That was about my very simple dinner at a place that I like. A3 Coffee looks like a house terrace, with a semi outdoors concept that has lots of hanging light bulbs to add beauty to this simple place.
With comfortable benches is a witness for visitors who are happy and unpretentious with the food and drinks served by the chef at the place, at affordable prices.

The fried rice with shrimp looks very delicious, it was an excellent choice. I usually prepare this rice because it is one of my favorite dishes, I love to cook it adding celery leaves and stems, it adds a very fresh flavor. I never imagined a drink with milk and ginger, I loved the idea because ginger brings a lot of benefits and properties.

Wow this fry rice with ginger turns out so delicious . This is a great recipe. We like spicy Chinese so I zipped it up a bit with some chili paste and also added some low sodium soy sauce and garlic. Next time I will add some cooked onion to the recipe.
