Super Fluffy Pillow Cakes From Momoiro
Have you ever heard of Pillow Cakes? It was also the first time I heard about Pillow Cakes when I saw the outlet brand “MOMOIRO” at Sun Plaza Mall, Medan City, Indonesia.
The smell of the cakes was so delicious when I walked in front of the “Momoiro” outlet. I asked my friend who was in the city if the brand was recommended to buy.
Because my friend recommended this brand, without hesitation I bought these cakes.
I bought 2 boxes, for me and my mother at home. Per one box, it costs USD 4. The price is affordable in my opinion, for cakes that have a super fluffy and moist texture.
I bought the best seller variant Cream cheese and Chocolate with coffee and almonds.
Actually, Pillow Cakes look like sponge cakes. It's just that the texture is more fluffy, moist, soft. Like a pillow, which is elastic. :)
I really like the best seller variant, namely cream cheese. The texture and sweetness feel balanced in the mouth. My mother also likes it. Usually, my mother has a hard time liking cakes because the texture is not fluffy. But Momoiro managed to be liked by my mother.
So I'm very happy. Next time I won't have to worry about buying my mom something she's sure to love.
For the chocolate variant, it is also perfect like the cream cheese variant. The combination of chocolate, coffee, and almond really lulls us with its fragrance. Perfect for coffee lovers :)
Momoiro outlets are widely available in malls in big cities in Indonesia. This is one brand of cakes that I will remember very well as the fluffy cakes that made me fall in love with the first taste. It's worth it!
