Fresh Classic Blueberry Muffin From The Oven

Reminds me of a comfortable fragrance. Vanilla, butter, and fresh blueberry jam.

The blueberry flavor variant in cakes always makes me curious. Also, I've always been addicted to blueberries. Starting from blueberry cheesecake to blueberry muffins. Do you like these two cakes, or is there another type of cake that you like?

In the morning after finishing exercising, I stepped foot to stop at the one only Starbucks outlet in my city. I'll wait for my husband to pick me up while I check my work online.

So, blueberry muffin for the surprise! Why surprise? Because I didn't even expect to order a blueberry muffin. At first I just wanted to order an Americano. Just that. But the waiters there are always smart about offering discounts which makes me interested.

A female waitress offered me a breakfast package, which consisted of Americano and blueberry muffin. I'll get $1 off. Incidentally, I have never tried the Classic Blueberry Muffin by Starbucks. So, I said yes for that offers!

Honestly, I'm so excited. Blueberry Muffin is not a type of cake that is familiar in our country. We are more familiar with Banana Cakes. This is because blueberries are not our local fruit.

I've also never tried to make my own Blueberry Muffins in my kitchen because honestly the price of blueberries is very expensive 🥲🥲🥲

So, the warm smell of Blueberry Muffins on my table is really tempting. Also, the coffee aroma of Hot Americano is strong.

I tried tasting the Blueberry Muffin and I immediately fell in love. Classic thing that makes me comfortable. I don't know, as I get older, I just want to eat simple and classic food without much variation. Are you like that too?

The portion of blueberries in the muffin is not too much, but I think this is appropriate because it balances the overall taste of the muffin.

The sweetness of the muffins doesn't dominate either. A combination of slightly sweet and fresh sour from blueberries.

I also like how the dough itself tastes. While biting them bite by bite in my mouth, I could imagine how the butter, eggs, flour combined beautifully, rising perfectly in the oven. The smell of fresh cake from the oven that can never be forgotten.

Also, of course, the taste of freshly brewed coffee beans! What a beautiful thing to remember.

By the way, what fragrance do you like and remember the most so far? Oh, wait..., I also remember the warm, damp smell of wood in a tropical forest that suddenly rained.

Also, mother's cooking. From the hands of a mother who is full of love, unique dishes are created for family members.

If my mother were still alive, I would invite my mother to spend time together in the kitchen. And, I will make Blueberry Muffins with my mother's wrinkled but warm hands. Then, we will serve Blueberry Muffins to my father who comes home from work.

Oh, sorry, that last paragraph made me sad. My mother and father are gone forever. And I, will enjoy Blueberry Muffins just by the memory of them. See you, foodies!
