Start The Day To Love Your Skin
The combination of juices that make skin healthy, one of which comes from guava. I used to drink guava juice in the morning after my sunbathing.
So if I exercise, then I will not drink coffee, and that I replace it with juice.
Guava juice is fairly working for me. It was fairly successful for me because I quite feel the results. My skin is more glowing than before.
I also easily get supplies of ripe guava. Well, the guava I mean here is pink guava which is indeed suitable for making juice.
Meanwhile, white guava is generally only suitable to be enjoyed raw with fruit salad dressing.
