Crispy Mushrooms From AFC (Not My Favorite Street Food)
On Street food in Indonesia, there are always many fried foods, one of Indonesia's favorite snacks when visiting.
So this afternoon my mother asked me to buy fried snacks.
I found AFC stall which is not far from my home.
AFC sells fried chicken, fried meatballs, and Crispy Mushrooms.
I bought 1 packet of Crispy mushrooms for IDR 5,000.
When I got home my mother and I tried this crispy mushroom. Unfortunately, we don't like it.
The texture of the mushroom is too hard due to excessive use of flour.
Besides the unpleasant mushroom texture, too much oil and actually I don't like fried snacks.
The Crispy Mushroom sold by AFC is not something I like. So I will not coming back to buy this menu.
