This Restaurant Toilet Is More Luxurious Than My Entire House
Get lost and find an unexpected place. I love how the surprises work for me. One of the moments, when I traveled to Batam City was finding a toilet in an amazing restaurant! The name of the restaurant is Kuko Lola.
This time, for sure I will not tell you about the food they serve. But for this time, I will share their mind-blowing toilet space.
I'm so excited to share about Kuko Lola's Toilet. I feel that the toilets in their restaurant are even more luxurious than the rest of my house. lol.
Kuko Lola is a tea lounge & restaurant located in the same building as a spa. So, we entered the Kuko Lola restaurant because we had to wait for the spa schedule in that building.
My husband and I were confused about where to wait (we didn't want to go back to the inn) so we went straight to Kuko Lola. At first glance, at first impression, I realized Kuko Lola is a fine-dining restaurant. Fortunately, our wallets still have a suitable budget. Sure enough, the prices at Kuko Lola are quite expensive for Indonesian pockets. But, it's all worth it. Even with the toilet!
Shade Green For Retro Impression
Kuko Lola's Toilet fits well with the overall design of the restaurant. Mainly is the use of colors. Dominated by green shade, also gold.
Kuko Lola's Toilet design is reminiscent of a luxurious retro style. With the use of striking colors. The green color however manages to create harmony in the overall interior design.
The outermost part of the toilet is still connected to the restaurant. By using large mirrors that can even be used as interesting photo spots.
Starting from the sink area. It looks like a beautiful bar that exposes a harmonious combination of granite or marble motifs.
The use of material for holding water with a crystal texture adds to the impression of luxury. Coupled with the use of a water faucet that uses a gold shade.
In the area under the sink, there is a place to dispose of trash which is made to resemble a luxury sideboard. To be honest, it makes me to diligently take out the trash. Hehehe. Is not it?
Old But Gold
Old but gold. It looks retro but we see that the design is so attractive. I realized that their design was retro when I entered the toilet. They use stuff that looks retro.
This can be seen from the sink used. Also, the flush part. It feels like I'm using a fancy handle. I really can't forget all of this. This toilet can not be ignored. I have to take a photo of Kuko Lola's Toilet space. What a nice experience.
Have you ever had a similar experience, going into a toilet that is so different from the restrooms in general? Indeed, only a toilet. But from a unique toilet, we can learn many things. Especially to always prioritize cleanliness. Cleanliness for health as well as better self-appearance.
P.S.: I just noticed that the shade of my dress is similar to Kuko Lola's design. What a happy coincidence!

By the way, what a nice post, how you explain everything in detail. I love that bathroom with that retro vibe. Here in Cuba there are still many bathrooms like that. And there are also many restaurants with curious bathrooms.

I love your title! I can remember using the toilets in Harrods Department Store in London. The toilets were so upmarket, spacious and full of mirrors, a lady had to ask me how to get out.

It's really just a luxurious toilet, to be honest,
I haven't been in such yet.
And most importantly, judging by your photos, it's very clean.
Probably there is no unpleasant smell, a lot of different oils or deodorants are used...

Green toilets like that are my favorite, if I'm there it looks like I'll feel comfortable sitting on the toilet for a long time even though nothing will be removed. It's the best place to daydream and find inspiration.
