Unforgettable Dinner At A Seaside Restaurant

Dine in at a seaside restaurant always deserves to be an unforgettable moment.

Do you like having dinner at a place on the seaside? Create warm moments with the people closest to you while enjoying delicious food or drinks.

I'm always excited when talking about seaside places. There are many moments worth being grateful for there since my house lives very far from the sea or beach. So, once I travel, seaside places are always a must-visit for me.

After some time ago I posted about my beautiful travel story at The Best Places To Catch Sunset On Batam Island, now I am posting a restaurant Kelong Seafood Sunset Bistro which is in the same location as the resort.

This restaurant is decorated classically and warmly to support romance with your partner or family. We will also be treated to access to a nice pier which is suitable for enjoying the sunset.

Wooden materials and white colors dominate the decoration of this Kelong Seafood Sunset Bistro restaurant. This semi-outdoor concept restaurant will make your face more often hit by the sea breeze but I love that :)

In my opinion, this place is far from luxurious but actually classic. It will make us have a feeling of closeness to nature and simplicity.

I love sitting in classic white chairs. The dining table looks like a simple family dining table in the past, but is full of the warmth of family laughter.

If we love warmth with our dear ones, then this restaurant is definitely worth it.

Before dinner, I enjoyed the sunset at the pier. For quite a long time I let myself be immersed in the atmosphere and atmosphere that I can only feel occasionally in my life.

Most visitors who come here do that too. Take photos to immortalize the moment, and also to enjoy refreshing water with beautiful views. We can see the resort rooms from this restaurant even from a distance.

Then my stomach started not being able to tolerate the feeling of hunger so I went into the restaurant. Apart from the inside area, we can also sit in the edge area of the pathway which is connected to the dock area.

However, when it's completely dark, I recommend sitting in the main restaurant area which has sufficient lighting.

Kelong Seafood Sunset Bistro provides a variety of seafood dishes as the name suggests. I thought about my husband's favorite food.

I ordered big prawns with garlic sauces for my husband. Meanwhile, I just ordered pineapple fried rice. Also, don't forget about green veggies. I ordered stir-fried baby kailan (Asian vegetables) which I often cook at home.

All dishes tasted delicious and fresh. It's just that, I feel that there is something less than perfect in the presentation of the restaurant which is actually still under the same management as the resort hotel. Very unfortunate. In fact, I imagined pineapple fried rice served using half a pineapple with a distinctive pineapple crown.

Luckily, the taste helped, even though the appearance wasn't great. I also took a sip of the soothing virgin pina colada juice. The combination of coconut milk, with pineapple is just awesome to try :)

An unforgettable dinner in the seaside restaurant that I will definitely visit again if I travel to Batam City.
