Amigos de Hive hoy quiero hablarles de lo terapéutico que resulta visitar lugares que nos gustan y nos ayudan a colocar nuestra mente en calma.

Una emoción inexplicable recorre mi cuerpo de tan sólo saber que caminar unos minutos me llevará a Playa Grande, una playa con oleaje fuerte, pero con una vista espectacular, al llegar a su orilla lo primero que hago es hundir mis pies en la arena, respiro profundo, miro hacia arriba y entre las palmeras distingo el cielo despejado y tan azul como la mar, sonrió, agradezco y disfruto cada minuto.

An inexplicable emotion runs through my body just knowing that walking a few minutes will take me to Playa Grande, a beach with strong waves, but with a spectacular view, when I reach its shore the first thing I do is sink my feet in the sand, take a deep breath, look up and between the palm trees I distinguish the clear sky and as blue as the sea, I smile, thank and enjoy every minute.

Lo que me lleva a reflexionar que así de únicos y admirables somos cada uno de nosotros con nuestras virtudes y defectos, cada detalle nos hace seres maravillosos, únicos e inigualables. Algunas veces no logramos comprender que todo lo que nos sucede son momentos que se suman a nuestro álbum de la vida, para algunos resulta difícil aceptar nuestros aciertos y desaciertos.

Sometimes we fail to understand that everything that happens to us are moments that add to our album of life, for some it is difficult to accept our successes and failures.

No seamos tan duros con la autocrítica debemos admirarnos como lo hacemos con majestuosidad de la naturaleza.
