El día de hoy les voy a compartir mi nueva rutina del cuidado para mi rostro la cual realizó de día. Debo admitir que me tomé una pequeña pausa antes de volver adquirir estos productos y se notaba la diferencia en mi piel, en definitiva la constancia es un gran factor que incide en los resultados que obtendremos.

Today I am going to share with you my new face care routine which I did during the day. I must admit that I took a little break before buying these products again and I could see the difference in my skin, after all, consistency is a big factor that affects the results we get.

Me dirigí hasta una tienda en dónde había visto con anterioridad productos a buen precio y allí adquirí los siguientes:

I went to a store where I had previously seen products at a good price and there I purchased the following:

Crema de ácido hialurónico de la marca Bacc Beauty la cual tuvo un costo de $5,65. La elegí porque es para todo tipo de pieles, también se puede usar tanto de día como de noche por lo cual me sirve para ambas rutinas, hidratando la piel y atenuando las líneas de expresión.

Hyaluronic acid cream from the brand Bacc Beauty which cost $5.65. I chose it because it is for all skin types, it can also be used both day and night so it works for both routines, hydrating the skin and diminishing fine lines.

Contorno de ojos de la marca Bioaqua con vitamina C, les confieso que es la primera vez que lo utilizo, indagando un poco leí que combate las arrugas, potencia la producción natural de colágeno y elastina de la piel. Este tuvo un costo de $1,30.

Jabón Neutro de marca Bios, ya este producto lo había utilizado y la verdad quedé encantada con su efectividad, mi rostro suele ser mixto y al utilizarlo la piel se siente uniforme. Tuvo un costo de $ 2.

Protector solar de la marca Banana Boat este estaba en un oferta por acercarse la fecha de Semana Santa acá en Venezuela, donde las personas suelen ir a la playa, rio o piscina, yo lo tome para uso diario, su protección es de SPF 50 y es resistente al agua. Costo $12.

Al despertar ya empieza mi rutina de skincare.

When I wake up, my skincare routine begins.

Primero lavo mi rostro con el jabón neutro, este es bastante espumoso por lo que con solo un poco basta para lavar bien la cara y el cuello, retiro con abundante agua, para luego secar con ligeros toques con una toalla que utilizo solo para esto, la del cuerpo es aparte.

First I wash my face with the neutral soap, this is quite foamy so just a little bit is enough to wash my face and neck well, I remove with plenty of water, then dry with light touches with a towel that I use only for this, the body towel is separate.

Siguiente aplicó el contorno de ojos, el cual es algo líquido, solo con dos gotas me alcanza para ambos ojos, este tarda un poco en absorberse pero he notado que ha mejorado mis ojeras así que lo aplico con anticipación si deseo maquillarme.

Next I applied the eye contour, which is somewhat liquid, only two drops are enough for both eyes, it takes a little while to absorb but I have noticed that it has improved my dark circles so I apply it ahead of time if I want to apply makeup.

Tomo una pequeña cantidad de la crema de ácido hialurónico y aplicó en el rostro y el cuello dando ligeros masajes de forma circular. Está se absorbe muy rápido y desde el primer uso notas la suavidad en la piel, además tiene un aroma muy agradable.

I take a small amount of the hyaluronic acid cream and apply it on the face and neck massaging lightly in a circular motion. It is absorbed very quickly and from the first use you notice the softness in the skin, it also has a very pleasant aroma.

Por último en mis dedos indice y medio aplicó una línea de protector solar las cuáles distribuyo entre mi cara y cuello, este no mancha de blanco, se absorbe fácil y he ido a entrenar y no se corre con el sudor.

Finally on my index and middle fingers I apply a line of sunscreen which I distribute between my face and neck, it doesn't stain white, it absorbs easily and I have gone training and it doesn't run with sweat.

Ya tengo dos semanas utilizando estos productos y mi piel luce más sana, fresca e hidratada. Confieso que también he mejorado mi dieta procurando no consumir tanto azúcar y gluten, lo cual también ha favorecido mi piel en general.
