Plenty of experiences

I went to bed too late. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Yes, off to an additional routine

Usually, I could have slept for a good six hours before the alarm clock I had set for a garage appointment when I went to bed. But for the last two hours, I was surrounded by commotion. So I didn't get enough sleep, but I gradually woke up for my appointment.

My routine helped me a lot. And a shower too. Spoon, oil, shower, brush, hot water, first magnesium and vitamin C. Before I set off, I even decided to have a hot lemon because I wasn't planning to eat anything until I got back. And so it was.

Due to another appointment with the kids, I didn't had a lot of time to eat. But as this appointment took place online, I was able to finish my meal in parallel and also took my supplements in a relaxed atmosphere.

I didn't thought about the second magnesium in the evening. There was too much going on, a lot of conversation, without having to write much of it down here. Now it's already midnight, and based on my experiences, which I noted here, I'm not going to take the megnesium now.

I plan to use the scales tomorrow. I'm already excited. I hope I remember that before the first glass of water.

Viel erlebt

Ich kam zu spät ins Bett. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Ja, auf in eine zusätzliche Routine

Für gewöhnlich konnte ich bis zum Wecker, den ich mir für einen Werkstatttermin gestellt hatte, noch gut sechs Stunden schlafen, als ich mich hinlegte. Doch die letzten zwei Stunden davon war Unruhe um mich herum. Ich hatte also nicht ausreichend Schlaf, doch so allmählich wurde ich dann doch wach für meinen Termin.

Dabei half mir meine Routine sehr. Und auch eine Dusche. Löffel, Öl, Dusche, Bürste, heißes Wasser, erstes Magnesium und Vitamin-C. Bevor ich startete, entschloss ich mich gar noch zur heißen Zitrone, denn ich hatte nicht vor, etwas zu essen, bevor ich zurück war. Und so war es dann auch.

Aufgrund eines weiteren Termins mit den Kids blieb mir zum Essen nicht viel Zeit. Doch da dieser Termin online stattfand, konnte ich nebenher mein Essen vollenden und dazu auch in Ruhe noch die NEMs nehmen.

Ans zweite Magnesium hatte ich am Abend dann nicht nochmal gedacht. Es war zu viel los, viel Austausch, auch ohne hier viel davon notieren zu müssen. Jetzt ist es bereits Mitternacht, und aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen, die ich hier ja auch notierte, werde ich das Megnesium jetzt nicht noch nehmen.

Für morgen habe ich vor, die Wage zu nutzen. Ich bin schon gespannt. Ich hoffe ich denke daran vor dem ersten Glas Wasser.

Thank you! Fun fact: the day before the tracker app wasn't running most of the time. Anyway. Happens. Another fun fact: I'm actually in a top 250 without even concentrating much on the tracker activity. And you are way up there, too. Congrats on that! Will be even more fun having some friends join in.
