Sunsetting another intake plan

We were able to sleep in again. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Weighty insights

Today was high time for another shave. It was great, especially the rinsing at the end. The shaving brush stayed dry again. I've told this story enough for now.

With that, my routine was as good as done. Now that I've had some hot water with my first magnesium and vitamin C, I'm sitting at my PC with a hot lemon and enjoying being able to make these notes. Now I'm going out for a walk to run a few errands. Yay, activity out in the open air. :-)

When we got back, we had our first meal. And then it was once again the moment when I sat down at the PC to continue my notes that made me realize that I hadn't even taken my supplements. So I made up for it.

In the afternoon, we went on an Easter visit together. I had taken matcha, oat milk concentrate and a small sieve with me so that it was easier for our hosts to make matcha instead of drinking coffee or the very first tea. And now I'm back for the second and final meal.

Before that, however, I want to finish my previous intake plan. I have been correcting it for a long time (picture) and have now made a new one, incorporating my handwritten changes.

After we had a nice dinner and evening together much later than expected, I had actually completely forgotten about the second magnesium and this blog post. At least a reminder alarm clock helped me to take the screenshots again. But everything else was actually gone and forgotten. Until I woke up at night and could only marvel at it. This addendum was then easy to add, because I only completed the translation the next day.

Auslaufen lassen eines weiteren Einnahmeplans

Wir konnten wieder ausschlafen. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Gewichtige Einblicke

Heute war wieder eine Rasur dran. Das war super, speziell das Spühlen am Schluss. Der Rasierpinsel blieb wieder trocken. Erzählt habe ich davon erstmal genug.

Meine Routine war damit auch schon so gut wie erledigt. Nachdem ich heißes Wasser mit erstem Magnesium und Vitamin-C schon hatte, sitze ich jetzt mit heißer Zitrone am PC und freue mich, mal eben diese Notizen machen zu können. Jetzt geht es zu Fuß raus für ein paar Erledigungen. Juhu, Bewegung an der Luft. :-)

Als wir zurück sind, gab es eine erste Mahlzeit. Und dann war es mal wieder der Moment, zu dem ich mich an den PC setze, um meine Notizen fortzusetzen, der mir einfallen lässt, dass ich ja meine NEMs dazu gar nicht genommen hatte. Also das wieder nachgeholt.

Am Nachmittag waren wir gemeinsam auf einen Osterbesuch unterwegs. Ich hatte mir extra Matcha, Hafermilchkonzentrat und ein kleines Sieb mitgenommen, um für unsere Gastgeber unkompliziert Matcha zubereiten zu können, statt Kaffee oder erstbesten Tee zu trinken. Und nun zurück steht wieder die zweite und letzte Malzeit bevor.

Vorher will ich jedoch noch meinen bisherigen Einnahmeplan auslaufen lassen. Lange schon habe ich darin korrigiert (Bild) und nun einen neuen daraus gemacht, in den meine handschriftlichen Änderungen eingeflossen sind.

Nachdem wir dann deutlich später als gedacht noch eine schöne gemeinsame Mahlzeit und anschließend gemeinsamen Abend hatten, hatte ich doch tatsächlich das zweite Magnesium und auch diesen Blogpost hier vollkommen vergessen. Immerhin half mir ein Erinnerungswecker wieder, die Bildschirmfotos zu machen. Doch alles andere war tatsächlich weg und vergessen. Bis ich nachts erwachte und darüber nur staunen konnte. Dieser Nachtrag war dann leicht, noch hinzuzutun, denn auch die Übersetzung fertigte ich dann am nächsten Tag erst an.
