Tamalula Sterilization (My Experience)

Hola querida comunidad de Hive, espero se encuentren bien. En esta ocasión quiero venir hablarles sobre mi experiencia en la esterilización de mi gata, un proceso por el cual debía pasar por el bien de ella y su salud, además de que sé por experiencia propia lo importante que es la esterilización para nuestras mascotas.
Hello dear Hive community, I hope you are well. This time I want to come and talk to you about my experience in the sterilization of my cat, a process that I had to go through for her and her health, besides I know from my own experience how important sterilization is for our pets.
Para los que no saben yo tengo una linda gata color negro la cual está conmigo desde que tenía dos semanas de edad, realmente nunca pensé en tener una mascota hembra conmigo, ya que en mi hogar siempre me han pedido son machos, por eso en las circunstancias menos esperadas me quede con ella, la cual desde el momento que decidí que sería mi hija supe que debía esterilizarla antes de que tuviera su primer celo, ¿Por qué? Porque tengo a su hermano el cual es macho y podían aparearse, puede quedar embarazada y sobre todo no quería que pasara por ese proceso del celo. Quiero decir que realmente en mi país ya no es muy fácil poder tener mascotas así queramos darle un hogar, la manutención se vuelve costosa, el veterinario, su alimento, absolutamente todo y la castración y esterilización no es la excepción, aquí en mi estado cobran hasta 200$ por una esterilización y es demasiado para un estudiante o alguien que le trabaje al gobierno, por eso cuando supe de una jornada que había en mi estado vi una gran oportunidad.
For those who do not know I have a cute black cat which is with me since she was two weeks old, I never really thought about having a female pet with me, since in my home I have always asked for males, so in the least expected circumstances I stayed with her, which from the moment I decided that she would be my daughter I knew I had to sterilize her before she had her first heat, why? Because I have her brother who is a male and they could mate, she could get pregnant and above all I didn't want her to go through the heat process. I want to say that really in my country is not very easy to have pets even if we want to give them a home, the maintenance becomes expensive, the vet, their food, absolutely everything and spaying and neutering is no exception, here in my state they charge up to $ 200 for a sterilization and it is too much for a student or someone who works for the government, so when I learned of a journey that was in my state I saw a great opportunity.
La jornada es una fundación llamada Napda, desde hace tiempo la sigo en redes sociales y se de sus jornadas, cuando más pude aparte mi cupo donde nos dieron las indicaciones de que llevar y que hacer antes de la esterilización, unos días antes había que desparasitarlos ya que la anestesia podía activar algún parasito, así como también en el caso de los caninos los respectivos exámenes, de llevar teníamos que llevar 3 gasas estériles, 1 inyectadora de un cc y otra de 3 cc, así como también unos guantes estériles, unas mantas, un costal de verduras que serviría como red para los gatos al despertar de la anestesia y una planilla que ellos mandaron donde hacemos constar que damos nuestra autorización para realizar la esterilización como también asimismo el compromiso por si algo sale mal.
The day is a foundation called Napda, for some time I follow it on social networks and I know about their days, when I could apart my quota where they gave us the indications of what to bring and what to do before sterilization, a few days before we had to deworm them because the anesthesia could activate some parasite, as well as in the case of canines the respective examinations, We had to bring 3 sterile gauze, 1 injector of one cc and another of 3 cc, as well as sterile gloves, blankets, a sack of vegetables that would serve as a net for the cats when they woke up from the anesthesia and a form that they sent where we state that we give our authorization to perform the sterilization as well as the commitment in case something goes wrong.
Esta se realizó el 15 de Julio, era un poco lejos de mi lugar de residencia de más de media hora de viaje y era por orden de llegada por lo cual me fui muy temprano y al llegar tenía el número 18, lo que tal vez me puedo quejar es que era las diez de la mañana y no habían atendido y habían dicho que a las siete y media estarían pasando los gatos. Fue un poco desorganizado la recolección de insumos y la rotulación de los animales como también de las mantas, por eso a mí Tamalula la pasaron a medio día, haciendo que los respectivos dueños de cada gato se fueran y que los llamaban, yo como era de lejos me quede y me la entregaron a las tres de la tarde, fue un día bastante agotador. Al llegar a mi casa mi gatita seguía anestesiada pero el proceso post operatorio se los cuento después, cuando ya mi gata este mejor y se haya culminado, gracias por leer y algo que quiero decirles es que esterilizar salva vidas.

I wish Tamalula a very good recovery, she recovers well after a short time as the wound is well cared for. My pets are spayed, but I prefer spaying after the first heat and if they have a first birth better. You are a good friend to your cat, they look very close, congratulations and blessings.
