Another coffee enjoyment I recorded this week was the purchase of this new brand I wasn't familiar with, "La Protectora." The packaging features a beautiful image; if I'm not mistaken, it's of the Divina Pastora, and this coffee is produced in the state of Trujillo.

Its aroma is very strong; it filled the entire space as soon as I opened the package. But the flavor is also very strong. And although I liked it, it's too strong for me; I prefer milder coffees. I'll use this one to make coffee with milk because on its own, I had to add quite a bit of water to dilute it, since I like my coffee stronger. These rainy days are when I've enjoyed a nice hot cup of coffee the most.

Buenos días a los amantes del café. Hoy les comparto dos momentos que registré en estos días en compañía de un café. Una de mis meriendas favoritas es tomar café, chocolate o café con leche con galletas, y hace días que fui al Tigre a hacer unas diligencias, me encontré con mi amiga Mercedes @mercmarg, quien me acompañó a terminar mis pendientes y de una vez le compré dos combos de sus galletas de avena que son muy ricas.

Yo soy muy galletera, y las que ella prepara son crujientes, como a mí me gustan. Las acompañé con un café negro al estilo guayoyo, al que le puse vainilla y canela. Me encanta mojar las galletas con el café muy caliente. Ellas absorben su sabor y también el de las especias.

Otro momento de disfrutar un café que registré esta semana, fue la compra de esta nueva marca que no conocía, "La protectora". En el empaque viene una imagen muy hermosa, si no me equivoco, es de la Divina Pastora, y este café es fabricado en el estado Trujillo.

Su aroma es muy fuerte, se impregnó en todo el espacio tan sólo con abrir el paquete, pero también es muy fuerte su sabor. Y aunque me agradó, es muy fuerte para mí, me gustan los cafés más suaves. Éste lo usaré para preparar café con leche, porque así solo, tuve que ponerle bastante agua para suavizarlo ya que me gusta el café tipo guayoyo. En estos días lluviosos, es cuando más he disfrutado un café bien caliente.
