Desde que decidí retomar mi emprendimiento favorito, que es el de comidas típicas, he querido cuidar bien los detalles antes de dar ese paso para no repetir errores del pasado. En un post anterior mencioné que regresaría únicamente con la producción de postres ya que para retomar la venta de comidas se necesitan más elementos que ahora mismo no están a mi alcance como capital y recurso humano, por lo que comenzaré de nuevo este proyecto con los postres que tuvieron más demandas en años anteriores. También mencioné que para retornar he tenido que hacer una práctica de mercadeo no sólo indagando los precios actuales, sino conociendo las demás marcas, probando sus productos, empapándome de nuevas estrategias para llegar a los consumidores y de esta manera tener más seguridad al posicionar el mío nuevamente en el mercado de la zona.

Ever since I decided to resume my favorite venture, which is typical food, I have wanted to take good care of the details before taking that step so as not to repeat past mistakes. In a previous post I mentioned that I would return only with the production of desserts since to resume the sale of food more elements are needed that right now are not within my reach as capital and human resources, so I will start this project again with desserts. that had more demands in previous years. I also mentioned that to return I had to do a marketing practice, not only investigating current prices, but learning about other brands, trying their products, soaking up new strategies to reach consumers and thus have more security when positioning mine. again in the area market.

Estoy ubicada en un sector donde tres ciudades están relativamente unidas; El Tigre, El Tigrito, y San Tomé (campo petrolero), pero la población más concurrida al momento de promocionar las ventas se encuentra en El Tigre. A pesar de que mis productos siempre tuvieron fuerte competencia ya que se vendían en muchos lugares, yo logré calar en los consumidores por la calidad de lo que ofrecía, en sabores, texturas, presentación, y precios, pero al estar ausente por tanto tiempo me veo obligada a reestructurar esta calidad en medio del crecimiento de los productores de la zona. Por eso estoy yendo poco a poco, antes de hacer esa entrada triunfal por la puerta grande de los productores de postres.

I am located in a sector where three cities are relatively united; El Tigre, El Tigrito, and San Tomé (oil field), but the busiest population at the time of promoting sales is in El Tigre. Despite the fact that my products always had strong competition since they were sold in many places, I managed to get through to consumers due to the quality of what I offered, in flavors, textures, presentation, and prices, but being absent for so long I am forced to restructure this quality in the midst of the growth of producers in the area. That is why I am going little by little, before making that triumphant entrance through the front door of the dessert producers.

Entre los cambios que le estoy haciendo a mi producto se encuentran:

-Sabores variados de quesillos (anteriormente sólo se ofrecía el quesillo tradicional)
-Envases transparentes (Anteriormente se usaban recipientes blancos translúcidos)
-Logos más brillantes y de color más intenso
-Promociones y combos más llamativos
-Sabores y presentaciones variadas de galletas
-Precios accesibles
-Más publicidad

Among the changes I'm making to my product are:

• Varied flavors of quesillos (previously only the traditional quesillo was offered)
• Transparent containers (Previously translucent white containers were used)
• Brighter and more intense color logos
• More striking promotions and combos
• Varied flavors and presentations of cookies
• Affordable prices
• More advertising

Esta práctica que nos brindan me gusta porque una de las actividades que disfruto en lo personal es haciendo mis propios diseños de publicidad. En el momento en que mi emprendimiento abarcaba varios productos, no sólo postres, yo elaboraba mis flyer de acuerdo a los eventos que se aproximaban, o los sitios adonde quería llegar. Les mostraré algunos que hice en aquel momento.

I like this practice that they offer us because one of the activities that I personally enjoy is making my own advertising designs. At the time when my venture included several products, not just desserts, I made my flyers according to the events that were coming up, or the places where I wanted to go. I'll show you some that I did at that time.

Al inicio tenía un logo que no se amoldaba a lo que quería por tener parte de las letras fuera del mismo, fue realizado por una amiga que es diseñadora gráfica, por lo que más adelante lo modificamos con el fin de que quedaran las letras dentro del círculo, sobre todo para la elaboración de las calcomanías que iban a ser colocadas en los recipientes.

At the beginning I had a logo that did not fit what I wanted because it had part of the letters outside it, it was made by a friend who is a graphic designer, so we later modified it so that the letters would remain inside the logo. circle, especially for the elaboration of the decals that were going to be placed in the containers.

En la actualidad no tengo definido por completo el modelo publicitario que voy a utilizar pero sí había hecho algunos ensayos como éste que les muestro a continuación… es el más reciente pero no lo he publicado hasta no pulir más su apariencia y concretar también el resto de los pasos que requiere mi producto para volver al mercado. Es parte del trabajo que aún estoy desarrollando y el cual espero concretar este año como parte de mis nuevos proyectos.

Currently I have not completely defined the advertising model that I am going to use but I had done some tests like this one that I show you below... it is the most recent but I have not published it until I have polished its appearance further and also specified the rest of the the steps my product requires to return to the market. It is part of the work that I am still developing and which I hope to achieve this year as part of my new projects.
