Newt
Eastern Red-spotted newt.
Newts are small semi-aquatic amphibian.
I see them most often in the shaded moist woods near my cabin.

Nest
A wonderful little bird nest I saw this year in the late Spring.
It looks heart shaped to me.

My friend's sweet and handsome Labrador Retriever.

Nuts
A few Acorn nuts that have been stashed inside an old hollow tree limb.
No doubt the handiwork of a Squirrel or Chipmunk

I have never heard of a Newt before and I like this cool orange colour.
As I saw the Nest I thought "looks heart shaped" too 😉

They really are most coulourful. If they weren't I would more than likely not even see them. They are also called Salamanders.
I'm most glad you can see the heart shape in the little bird's nest..💕🙂
