Buen día a todos espero se encuentren bien en este maravilloso día. Hoy quiero mostrarle una mascarilla exfoliante a base de café que prepare para una limpieza profunda de mi rostro para eliminar esas impurezas creadas por los restos de maquillaje, por el sudor, la grasa acumulada por los alimentos que ingerimos y por supuesto los rayos del sol que penetran en el rostro.

Good morning everyone, I hope you are well on this wonderful day. Today I want to show you a coffee-based exfoliating mask that I prepare for a deep cleansing of my face to eliminate those impurities created by the remains of makeup, by sweat, the fat accumulated by the food we eat and of course the rays of the sun that penetrate the face.

Esta mascarilla fácil de preparar y lo mejor con materiales que tenemos en casa y así no invertimos dinero.

Los materiales utilizados fueron los siguientes:
Una cucharada de café en polvo
Crema corporal humectante
Una cuchara
Un recipiente pequeño

This mask easy to prepare and the best with materials that we have at home and thus we do not invest money.

A tablespoon of coffee powder
Moisturizing body cream
A spoon
A small container

Lo primero que debemos hacer es colocar la cucharada de café en el recipiente, luego
Colocamos una pequeña porción de crema humectante más o menos un chorrito, tomamos la cuchara y comenzamos a mezclar hasta obtener una pasta. Luego comenzamos a untar en nuestro rostro despues de haber lavado la cara con el jabón de uso personal, nuevo rostro debe quedar totalmente cubierto de esta mezcla , lo dejamos actuar durante media hora para luego retirarlo con agua y jabón.
Una de las propiedades que tiene el café cuando lo usas como mascarilla, el blanqueamiento de la zona y otra muy importante es que ayuda para la buena circulación de la sangre. Cómo podemos notar el café tiene muchas funciones positivas para los seres humanos desde ingerir hasta untarla en nuestro cuerpo, debemos aprovechar este maravilloso cultivo.
