¡Hola comunidad de Hive!
Tenia tiempo sin participar en una iniciativa y hacerla de manera escrita. Hoy, en búsqueda de una, he encontrado esta iniciativa de la amiga @brujita18, quien nos hace cuatro preguntas, las cuales debemos de responder con todo el corazón, basándose en nuestra experiencia.
Sin más que decir, comenzaré a responder estas interrogantes a continuación.

It's been a while since I've participated in a written initiative. Today, in search of one, I found this initiative from friend @brujita18, who asks us four questions, which we should answer wholeheartedly, based on our experience.
Without further ado, I will begin to answer these questions below.

¿Qué ha significado para ti, llegar a Hive?
Desde que llegue a la plataforma de Hive en el mes de Marzo del año 2020, ha sido totalmente de mucha ayuda para mi desde lo económico y también en cuanto a las enseñanzas que he obtenido en mis vídeos deportivos, logrando un gran alcance en mis visualización y en la interacción. Por eso, digo que llegar a Hive ha sido productivo, beneficioso y de mucha utilidad para mi en el futuro, ya que esta Blockchain me da la oportunidad de crecer a pasos agigantados y que contenido audiovisual o escrito tenga la aceptación de los diferentes autores que existen en la cadena de bloques.
De verdad que, es significativo llegar a Hive e involucrarte en medio de muchas personas, con el fin de enlazar una amistad.
Y es que Hive, ha hecho que salga de mi zona de confort e ir viendo otros métodos donde pueda distraerme y ayudar a mi familia con los gastos del hogar.
What has it meant to you, coming to Hive?
Since I arrived at the Hive platform in the month of March 2020, it has been totally helpful for me economically and also in terms of the lessons I have learned in my sports videos, achieving a great reach in my visualization and interaction. Therefore, I say that reaching Hive has been productive, beneficial and very useful for me in the future, since this Blockchain gives me the opportunity to grow by leaps and bounds and that audiovisual or written content has the acceptance of the different authors that exist in the blockchain.
Truly, it is significant to get to Hive and get involved in the midst of many people, in order to link a friendship.
Hive has made me get out of my comfort zone and see other methods where I can distract myself and help my family with household expenses.

¿Qué es lo que mas te gusta de Hive?
¿Sólo una?. No creo, porque de Hive me gusta la libertad de expresión, los consejos que recibo en mis publicaciones, los comentarios productivos y que me hacen mejorar, la interacción que existe en un escrito o en un vídeo audiovisual y la oportunidad que nos da Hive para redactar y darnos a conocer en distintas latitudes.
Hive, tiene un sinfín de usuarios que les gusta cada función de la plataforma. Pero a mi personalmente, me atrae el poder socializar y debatir con los autores en cada una de las publicaciones. Eso, a mi, me alimenta y me da a entender que esa persona le gusta el debate sano.
What do you like the most about Hive?
Just one?. I don't think so, because I like the freedom of expression, the advice I receive in my publications, the productive comments that make me improve, the interaction that exists in a piece of writing or in an audiovisual video and the opportunity that Hive gives us to write and make ourselves known in different latitudes.
Hive has an endless number of users who like every function of the platform. But for me personally, I am attracted to the possibility of socializing and debating with the authors in each of the publications. That, to me, feeds me and gives me to understand that this person likes healthy debate.

¿Qué es lo que mas te emociona en Hive?
De Hive, me emociona la cantidad de personas que se han registrado en estos últimos meses.
Sin duda alguna, se esta viendo el crecimiento de la plataforma y el verdadero alcance que ha obtenido en tan corto tiempo.
Por otro lado, también me emociona ver a los usuarios crecer en cada uno de sus artículos e innovar en cada uno de ellos.
Yo creo, que si quedamos siempre con el mismo maquetado o no le damos un toque brillante a nuestras publicaciones, no podremos obtener el impacto que deseamos.
What are you most excited about at Hive?
From Hive, I'm excited about the number of people who have signed up in the last few months.
Without a doubt, we are seeing the growth of the platform and the real reach it has achieved in such a short time.
On the other hand, I am also excited to see the users grow in each of their articles and innovate in each of them.
I believe that if we always stay with the same layout or do not give a bright touch to our publications, we can not get the impact we want.

¿Qué sientes cuando por cualquier motivo no puedes publicar?
Y es allí, en ese momento, que me da impotencia y la paciencia se me agota. No me siento bien cuando no publico, siento que perdí el día y las ganas de hacer una publicación.
Aunque, no es para decaer o para renunciar, sino, es un motivo para seguir adelante y organizarnos mejor en nuestros artículos, para que de esta manera, podemos publicar a tiempo.

What do you feel when for any reason you can't post?
And it is there, at that moment, that I get helpless and my patience runs out. I don't feel good when I don't publish, I feel like I lost the day and the desire to make a publication.
Although, it is not to decay or to give up, but, it is a reason to go ahead and organize ourselves better in our articles, so that in this way, we can publish on time.
