Luxor Tech Brokerage Miners for Sale - Battle of the ASICs! ⛏️
Received the following in my email and created an account to show you the list of their current inventory.
ASIC Brokerage
For four years we have been helping miners acquire and sell machines in our Discord and Telegram channels. We are now making this a formal product for our miners. Our goal is simple, get you the best deals so your Hashrate Number Go Up.
Note: If you have an existing Luxor Mining account and reset your password, you may not be able to log in with that account. Suspect they have an authentication database sync issue.
Here is the image of their current used ASICs
All information below has been gathered on the ASIC Miner Value website
First on the list is Innosilicon A10 Ethmaster.
The profitability is not looking so hot. I would pass on this one.
Next up is the Bitmain Antminer S11
This one looks like you may be able to turn out a small profit of $219.85 annually.
Third on our list is the Bitmain Antminer S15
This profitability is getting better and will be even moreso as Bitcoin price rises. May be worth taking the gamble.🎲
Now we have the Bitmain Antminer S17
The profitability on this one looks pretty decent to me at $2299.53. Based on the price of an Amazon listing ($5698). You should be able to ROI in less than a few years at current rates.
Original Meme by me
Now we're stepping up our game with a Bitmain Antminer S17 Pro
With this profitability, you're looking at ROI in a little over a year based on the ASIC Miner Market price of $2910. Not too shabby!
For brevity sake, we will be skipping the Antminer S9 and other subsequently miners that are currently unprofitable.
We will now be covering the MicroBT Whatsminer M20S
Based on current listings, you can expect ROI on this model in about 2 years and some change at approximately $4500. Ok but not great compared to others.
Our final miner on the list is the MicroBT Whatsminer M31S
Note: This image appears to be for a different model.
Based on this one's profitability and current sell price, ROI is estimated to be approximately over 2 years.
Which miner is the winner here?
The answer is clearly the Antminer S17 Pro!
Now, truth be told, I am NOT a fan of Bitmain after the SiaCoin mining kerfuffle but, technically, I wouldn't necessarily be giving Bitmain my money if I were to go through a reseller. In my opinion, the ethics are in what I would call a gray area for me at least. For others, you may not have a scruple with supporting Bitmain.
