And I'll start my story with what time it is more correct to wake up and start your next day on planet Earth. I myself have long been accustomed to getting up early in the morning and usually it happens at 5.40 in the morning. The habit has been developed for decades and it was associated with sports and work. Since I always worked in the past from 8.00, until that time I had to have time to do a run and exercise in the morning, and then exercise and also have breakfast. The time I had was fully calculated up to minutes and it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes for all morning procedures. After just 20 minutes I got to my work, where I taught in a group of artists. So by 8.00 I was already in my office, and the time began to prepare for lessons on the required topics for every day.

But all this was in my youth, and I want to talk about how to live and what needs to be done today, when I am already over 60 years old, like me. But at the very beginning, a little about what these years are? If someone did not know that the age from 60 to 70 is the most productive. This is because at this age we already have our own life experience, when we even reach the peak of possibilities in creativity. And these are not empty words - it is during these years that we achieve our mental and emotional potential and development. And this period can last up to 80 years or more. Therefore, one should not be afraid of old age, but one should develop intellectually (mentally) and creatively. There are many examples in life when people after 60 suddenly begin to go in for dancing and sports, paint pictures and write music, play the guitar and master folk crafts. So that we have the opportunity to change our lives.

The main thing is not to be isolated in oneself, not to remain lonely, but rather to meet with your friends, organize some new productions, hold interesting seminars, turning your boring life, which had previously been flowing in a standard direction. It is also possible for any of us to travel and discover a new world, countries and cities, take photographs or start learning a foreign language. You need a good foundation where there are thoughts and dreams about what is still ahead. And this positive in every day, will create a movement that will not give our body those bad feelings where there are diseases. Now there is still a great opportunity to participate in many online forums, literary portals and communities, such as the Silver Blogger Community on the Hive and Ecency platforms. We must always remember that loneliness is destructive for any of us.

Why do you need to wake up and get up at exactly 6.00 in the morning? Everything is very simple - at this time, the hormone of happiness (serotonin) wakes up in our body along with us. And just as an addition to our morning happiness, cortisol levels rise at this time and we need to activate to take a step towards our health. Before you go outside for a morning walk and walk at least 6 or 10 kilometers (this is mandatory every day), you need to drink 250 or more milligrams of water. After exercising, drink another 250 milligrams of water. With this drunk water subsequently, as we well know, the stress hormones that we received yesterday are washed out. These stress hormones are released from our bodies through sweat, so sweating is very beneficial. And for those who like to sleep for a long time, such information - in the morning after 7.00 to sleep, in general, is very harmful. Because the value of sleep is reduced to zero.

It is at this time that it is useful to engage in physical activity, because hormones (steroids) wake up in our body, which form and strengthen our muscle frame. It is also useful to engage in other practices at this time - gymnastics (Taijiquan or Qigong), yoga, meditation. All of these are beneficial for the health of the body and clarity of thought. It is also necessary to remember that in the morning we put energy into our body (organism) for the whole day, which affects the sex hormones, both men and women. Further, in our body, hormones (neuro) are activated, which directly affect our memory and focus attention. Therefore, in the morning, from 10.00 to 14.00 at lunchtime, this is the best time for any mental activity and creative work. After lunch, you can sleep, having set aside 15-30 minutes for this time. We get the hormone of beauty and youth. Remember this always.

And here is the most pleasant information for us pensioners and elderly people. At the age of 60 or more, a person's brain begins to work in a better mode than previously thought. It was during these years that we receive such a privilege for ourselves - the right and left hemispheres of the brain begin to interact harmoniously (apparently, with our thoughts, fantasies and dreams). It expands our creativity while enhancing our mental potential. That is why we meet many people almost every day who begin to engage in creativity, as I said above. It is clear that in some ways we can be inferior to young people, but we have a huge life experience, so we make the right decisions more quickly. Plus, we have a lot less negative emotions. As a result, we see that after 60 years, the brain begins to work at full strength, providing us with new opportunities.
