In summer, in addition to berries, we also have in the woods.
There are a lot of mushrooms, which we willingly collect.
We just need to have time to gather mushrooms after the rains.

There have been times when in one place in the woods.
I collected not one, but two large baskets at once.
And in one trip to the woods you can collect 4-6 baskets.

Summer is not only an amazing beauty of nature, but also a great time to gather mushrooms. This summer was hot and dry, but sometimes there were rains, after which mushrooms appeared immediately. In our forests in the Southern Urals, various mushrooms grow and there are many of them. Most of them are the same as those that grow in other regions of Russia, including Siberia. Most of all in our forests we grow Porcini and Podberozoviki, Maslyata and Syroezhka mushrooms. But there are so many of these mushrooms that one or two large baskets can be picked at once. What can be made of them in the kitchen at home? We roast them, boil them, dry them, salt them, and pickle them. Mushrooms that we dry are especially delicious. The fantastic flavor of dried mushrooms lasts all year. Any of these mushrooms growing in our region are a food resource that adds variety to our Russian cuisine. The mushrooms can be added to any soup or second course. And why do many people pick mushrooms? I think it's not just to eat them. A certain excitement, like a hunter's, also plays a big role here. That's why they say it - Silent hunting in the woods for mushrooms. And there is another side to it - we all go to nature to rest our soul and body from the bustle of the city, which is very important for us who live in the bustle of the city and the eternal movement. And in nature all is calm, quiet and measured rhythm of life. This is my photo report about summer and mushrooms.
