Actually, we had the same evolution... but in the other direction ! I have to say that I sleep like a sloth now, but that was clearly not the case a few years ago... Afterwards, for you this change seems to be very much due to the birth of your daughter and I imagine that it has become calmer over the years ! How old is she now ? Haha, I just saw her age in your description ^^

I hope you can get a good night's sleep, but I have a feeling that a lot of it has to do with putting things into perspective... even if it's not as easy as you say ! Lucid dreams can be so intense and sometimes quite tiring too...

Hi friend @anttn, I have 3 beautiful children...so it has not been only my oldest daughter hahahaha and lucid dreams are a personal case, there are seasons like right now when I have them in a row, but between one and another, I try to rest, Greetings and blessings!
