Delicious mushroom curry

chose. I hope that the mushroom recipe that I have brought to share with you today will be a very delicious recipe for you.

So, mushroom is a food that is very loved by vegetarian people all over the world.. So this mushroom is prepared in different ways in different countries. In particular, you want to make sure that you eat only the types of mushrooms that are recommended for food.

This mushroom contains a lot of protein. So this white mushroom contains 3.1g of protein in 100g.

It contains only 0.3g of fat.. So when we eat 100g of this white mushroom, our body produces energy of twenty two calories..

Eating this mushroom has the ability to remove harmful cholesterol from the body. It can prevent heart disease in humans.

Also, mushrooms are a food that contains a lot of iron. So the specialty of this food is that it cleans the red blood cells in your body and increases its growth rate. Also, this mushroom has the ability to increase bone strength and destroy cancer cells.
It also stops your skin from wrinkling .Selenium is abundant in these mushrooms and this selenium contains a powerful property of erasing acne and freckles on your face.

ingredients

  • Mushrooms 200g
  • Curry leaves 05g
  • Rampe 05g
  • Red onion 20g
  • green chili 10g
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Pepper 2tsp
  • salt 1tsp
  • curry powder 1tsp
  • Cinnamon 01g

  • 1 step

First, heat the pot and add oil to it and when it gets hot, add curry leaves, onions, rampe, green chili.

  • 2 steps

Cook the mixture until golden. Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, curry powder, salt and cinnamon to it and mix well.

  • 3 steps

Add the washed mushrooms to the mixture. After that mix well as follows..

  • 4 steps

So for us to make this mushroom curry more delicious, if you can, add some spring onion leaves.
