Loneliness helps me to better reflect on my life

How much solitude I have in these moments, and with it awakens my reflective capacity, being alone helps me to think better about my life, and about the life of my family, when I am overwhelmed with so many ideas in my head, I look for a way to disappear for a while and hide in solitude, I discard all those ideas that hurt me, and that do not add anything in my life.

I also analyze those people who are close to me, those who say they are my friends, those who say they are my co-workers, those who tell me nothing, those who tell me a lot and try to bother me, I analyze everything, among these people are members of my family, all of them enter into my communion with solitude, it is not to move away for the sake of moving away, I like to be effective when I am immersed in my solitude.

I discard my bad actions, my negative thoughts, the toxic people, and I add all the people who give me a grain of sand for my well-being, wherever these people are, if they try to harm me, I leave them aside, I do not waste my time with them, after several hours in solitude, I feel great relief, and with my head in place, my ideas reconnect in the same direction.

How nice when we can connect in solitude, we analyze ourselves completely, and share a fair moment with our inner character, who listens to us every day and makes us see things, and with whom we discuss all the ideas, after an intimate relationship with solitude, I surrender to a loving family reunion, those people who make me fight every day, and for whom I always long to succeed to give them the best.
