Hello mushroom lovers
In Indonesia, this fungus is called Jamur Tiram or other language is pleurotus ostreatus, This mushroom is cream colored and has a semicircular shape. like an oyster shell with a slightly concave center. The fungus is a relative of the pleurotus eryngii. Throughout the year in the forest this mushroom is easy to grow. Usually will grow on dead wood trees. Many people have cultivated these mushrooms by using substrates such as sawdust or other types.

The Oyster Mushroom has statins and lovastatins that help in lowering cholesterol in the body. Cholesterol as a word was formed from the Greek language. Chole means bile; stereos means solid; and ol is a suffix derived from the word alcohol.www.medicalmushrooms.net

I took several portions for dinner. And don't want to linger over delicious mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms have a delicious taste and are mixed with sweetness. All of these images I taken with my personal smartphone camera.

Thank you @silversaver888. Yes, these are delicious mushrooms. When I was a kid, I really liked mushroom dishes on the dinner table. I became interested in mushrooms after seeing some posts in the community. I learned a lot about mushrooms from @qwerrie . He inspires a lot.

Hmmm... ahh @qwerrie. I mostly comment on his articles and he responds, and it ends there. He has not been to my blog at all. His photography is excellent.
Glad you have been inspired by someone in the blockchain.
It's good to find friends and mentors @anzirpasai!

Thank you @silversaver888 ... I'm not a photography professional. I'm also still learning about shooting angles and about lighting. I don't have a DSLR or Mirrorless camera yet. So only a smartphone camera. sometimes have problems in lighting. Yes. he's a great friend and mentor. ☺☺☺

WOW, your smartphone did that?!
I too use a camera phone... an iPhone.
How do you take close-ups with the background blurred?
I feel that my photos are without depth, @anzirpasai

Thank you @qwerrie for the support, I'm a little embarrassed. True, it looks like buttery and chewy texture.
