A Beautiful Day With My Family

Today, we took the opportunity of sunny weather and immediately went outside. The weather is very cold now, sunny days are as valuable as diamonds.

Fresh air is very important for babies. Doctors say that you must take your babies outside to relieve the stress of the day. It is not always easy to do this. Especially if your baby is small.

We immediately went to the park. We had fun with our daughter there. We had a nice day. Nisa loves to swing on the swing. It is not big enough for other toys. We are very careful even when swinging on the swing. She is 1 year old, but she knows that she will swing when she sees the park.

After the park, we went to another green area. Here we fed the pigeons and spent time. Nisa loves to watch birds. We had a nice day with my beautiful little family. I love my family very much. ❤️

Hi @appiades! What a beautiful family you have! And what a beautiful place you are in. I think it is very important for children to go outside and get sunlight (it promotes the production of Vitamin D, essential for the skeletal system), plus they get fresh air, this allows them to grow up healthy, even with all the restrictions of the pandemic. It is beautiful to form memories like this, as it is these moments that strengthen family ties.

I believe this to be true also! The world is full of technology now... kids on phones, game systems... I love technologies too, but there's a time and place, for everything.
