Today I made a traditional necklace for a customer with pressure and I decided that I will be sharing it with the community. One of the things I came to understand about some customers is that they can be provoking and sometimes may even want me to tell them that I may not be doing their work for them again but at the same, a businessman always needs to be tolerant and patient with customers based on their arrogant behavior to enable one go far with his/her business.
