Reactions as Finland Set to Join NATO Membership
President Putin's threat to Finland:
Russian President Putin has always warned Finland not to join NATO membership because they may have nothing to benefit from rather than to be on their own. The president also noted that if Finland insists on joining NATO without being on their own based on the agreement after the second WW II, he may be forced to invade and if any NATO member interferes I will be forced to strike with a nuclear weapon whether US or UK. All allies stay clear! He noted.
Finland to decide NATO:
Finland's government is yet to make the intention clear not minding President Putin’s invasion or nuclear threat but all Finland want is to increase its defense at least with the support they will be gaining from NATO membership president of Finland Niinistö noted on Sunday evening.
Finland is one of the smallest Northern European countries in the world with a total population of over 5.531 million as of 2020. This means that they are serious need for the country to increase its defense by making arrangements to join NATO as some top politicians of Finns noted. Finland is sharing a close border with Sweden, Russia, and Norway.
President Niinistö and the minister react hopefully to the NATO agreement:
On Sunday evening, the Finland Nordic country government formally found a way forward to join NATO not minding the continuous threat of the Russian president. According to the recent press joint conference, the president of Finland Sauli Niinistö, and his minister Sanna Marin made a statement following its preparation to join NATO. “The decision needs to pass some process through the parliament and other body” they noted!
Sanna Marin speaking on Sunday evening in Helsinki added that she’s hoping that the decision of Finland to join NATO is considered and approved fast by the Finns parliament. She also said that she and the president of the Republic have always been in good contact with the NATO government as they are seriously hoping to join NATO once their parliament approves the plan in recent coming days. We know this may take time to approve as the 30 recent NATO members must get involved in our membership! She noted.
Electricity Rumor supply:
Some rumors claimed that the Russian Electricity supply to Finland seized light from entering the Finns following their angry reaction as Finland declared its intention to join NATO but the Russian Electricity distributors to Finland earlier denied quoting that the Finns is no longer meeting up with payment because for the past 20 years we have not taken this kind step against the Finns.
