Fungi Friday - Beautiful Rock Fungus

Hi friends who love mushrooms.

This Friday I am so excited to look for mushrooms to welcome #FungiFriday organized by @ewkaw.

Yesterday it just rained very heavily in my village which will make lots of beautiful mushrooms bloom again, after preparing my macro lens and smartphone I started going around the area behind the house looking for mushrooms.

It didn't take long, under the green leaf bushes I now found a unique type of mushroom, at first I thought this was a stone, but when I looked closer it was a mushroom that grew on a dry tree trunk that had been submerged in rain water for a long time.

This mushroom looks beautiful when in the photo, this mushroom has a round shape and is gray like rocks in general, this is the first time I have seen this type of mushroom which turns out to be very beautiful when in the photo, I don't know the real name but we call this mushroom with the name stone fungus.

This mushroom grows close to other mushrooms which are slightly smaller in size, if we don't look carefully we might think that this is a boulder even though it is a mushroom.

Today I also found another type of mushroom that grows on a fallen coconut tree. This mushroom looks like it grows elongated with petals that look like plates.

The petals have a beautiful color, a combination of dark brown, golden brown to dark white, making this mushroom look very beautiful. This mushroom grows in 2 levels, one above and one below.

Photographing this mushroom up close looks beautiful, seeing the beauty of the 2 types of mushrooms that I found above makes me want to spend a long time in the forest hunting for mushrooms.

This is my entry for today's Fungi Friday, see you in the next post.

I think that much of the world has been raining, I have read several posts that mention rain, in my city it has been raining for three days, without a doubt this humidity is very good for the growth of fungi
How beautiful the two species you have found, but the round one is spectacular. Beautiful find dear friend @aquagelas thank you very much for sharing these finds
have a great day

rain is a blessing, apart from being able to fertilize agriculture, rain can also make beautiful mushrooms continue to bloom, thank you for your kind comments and support, brother, have a good weekend
