A Cup of Coffee, Music and Beach to Treat Stress

Hi Hive Learners, happy activities to all of you, Today I will re-enter the weekly contest organized by this community, namely the 22nd week contest edition 01. Never get bored to always write an interesting article here, tell stories about your personal life or about yourself is not difficult, but writing about it makes us sometimes think whether it can be accepted by people or not. Well, the theme this time is "Coping with Stress".

Stress is an emotional attitude of a person who is influenced by the environment, in this process sometimes occurs because the stress sufferer cannot adapt to changes in his environment. Well, if stress occurs excessively and cannot be controlled, it will be fatal to the person experiencing the stress. The heaviest trigger of stress is usually caused by many problems in his life that are difficult or cannot be overcome by himself and other things, so that it has a bad effect on himself.

There are several signs that people are experiencing stress and the ones that most people experience are usually difficulty sleeping at night and often emotional. I also often experience this difficulty sleeping when I am in a stress phase with excessive thoughts or worries that trigger me to think too far, thus making it difficult for me to fall asleep and emotional. Well, not only insomnia, stress also has other special signs such as cold sweaty feet, body shaking, and dry mouth. These physical changes usually occur without us realizing it, in addition to physical stress can also make you mentally disturbed when you are stressed excessively.

If I experience stress usually the first thing I do is occupy myself with various things, the first thing I do is just relax and drink a cup of coffee, this may be simple but drinking a glass of hot coffee while enjoying my favorite song, can change my condition for the better. Since I'm not a smoker so I think coffee is better than that. But if cigarettes are better in your opinion, that's very reasonable because I've seen my friend who is actively smoking he said cigarettes are his stress medicine. I personally do not understand how the smoking process can reduce stress maybe one of you can explain it to me.

The second thing is to relieve stress by finding a calm atmosphere, such as the beach for example. The sound of the waves and the breeze, is enough to change my mood to be peaceful and feel better. It may seem silly, but taking a break from irritating activities will definitely make your day happier.

There are several things we must do to make us feel calmer and avoid stress, namely eliminating the negative nature in ourselves, trying to always focus on the original goal. Doing good things or things that don't remind us of something that triggers stress again, and finally live everything sincerely. Some of the tips above will definitely make you feel calmer in living this life and the worry in you will slowly disappear.

Smoking should not be encouraged. I also don’t smoke but when I am stressed most time I take a walk or just sleep. I prefer getting lost in nature too.

I also occasionally go for a walk alone riding a motorcycle to relieve stress. Thank you buddy :)

Drinking a cup of tea also change my condition.
The beach is a great way to reduce stress. But sad, there is no beach in my city. I used to spend time with nature.

I don't drink coffee but I know other people who take coffee for stress relief, I guess it helps too. I really don't know about smokers, I won't encourage that but I guess everyone has their own ways of coping with stress. For me, I just take a break and give my body a much needed rest.

Oh yes... the beach is great for getting rid of stress. There is something about that chilly breeze blowing over you and watching the waves crash against each other that just gets to you. Very correct.
