Power Up! (Month 1, June 2022)

It's funny how I've been around Hive for nearly a year but only decided to join the Hive Power Up Day yesterday. Let's just say I've been wandering around too much. 😅

And yes, I know I'm not eligible for any event rewards now since I'm a wee bit late of creating this post but I really want to celebrate my first month!

Powering Up

Last month, I wasn't as active as I'd like to be and I had to sell most of my assets to cover some expenses. I think I'm lucky enough that I was able to keep 10 Hive for this month's HPUD!

Using the Hive Keychain browser extension makes powering up easy for me. Are you using the latest version? It feels slightly sluggish now due to the new animations but it still does the work.

Account Growth

Since January of this year, my account has grown by a hundred percent which is nice to see! There have been times where I was very tempted to power down but I had to think about it more than twice. Losing Hive Power also means I have less to work with if I wanted to engage with other people.

My account is growing at a rather slow pace but growth is still growth - and I should honestly stop overthinking about the things I write if they don't mean any harm at all... I'll try harder this time to get more writing out and not have them stay in my drafts! 😣

A New, Shiny Badge!

Since I powered up 10 HIVE, I got a level 1 power-bee. It's cute and tiny but I'm aiming for a bigger one next month!
