✅Uso de Herramientas.

Desde el principio, gracias a mi Dios, tuve un teléfono y un computador para el trabajo, sin embargo el usarlos para redactar y presentar artículos fue nuevo para mí. Empecé a recibir guía de mi cuñado en los diversos pasos para realizar un post, que va desde las fotos hasta el banner que llevan al final. Conocí gracias a algunos tutoriales, el uso de los códigos para montar las páginas web, el uso de los correctores de palabras por si habían errores ortográficos, y usar Word Office para plasmar mis ideas al hacer el post. También, aprendí a usar el traductor DeepL como una herramienta básica y muy práctica. Yo decía, que como no domino bien el idioma ingles, se me haría casi imposible hacer un buen trabajo, pero está herramienta me facilito traducir los artículos. También aprendí durante todo el año a usar separadores de blog, a insertar símbolos en algunos artículos y a modificar mis fotos con la aplicación Canva, todo para mejorar la estructura y hacer más llamativos los post. Esto por mi deseo a querer dar lo mejor en Hive.

Cómo me hizo ver mi cuñado, lo que forma parte de un buen artículo son las fotos bien tomadas, nítidas y en el ángulo correcto, así que hasta tuve que volverme más diestra en fotografías, jajaja, cosa que no era de importancia para mí. Ahora soy exigente conmigo misma a la hora de tomar fotos para mis artículos ,algo que considero como superación personal y empeño. Ya que considero de importancia las fotos, gracias a mis ingresos en Hive pude comprar unos lentes fotográficos que se adaptan al celular. Con estos, puedo enfocar mejor mis objetivos y hasta lograr hacer fotos macro. Estoy feliz por esta herramienta y todo gracias a que el trabajo en Hive me motivó.

✅Metas económicas alcanzadas.

Uno de las metas por la cual decidí empezar a trabajar en hive, era que no tenía ingresos alguno por falta de empleo. A medida que trabajaba,vi como de no ganar ni una recompensa, a llegar a obtener unas buenas valoraciones y al final poder obtener el ingreso deseado en la semana. Gracias a esto he podido comprar mis lentes fotográficos para el celular, ayudar a mis padres envejecidos con algo de dinero al mes, pude comprar una licuadora, un ventilador, que son artículos necesarios. Otro beneficio que recibo por mis aportes a Hive, es que pude hacer el pago de algunas cuotas del seguro de salud que tenemos mi esposo y yo. Por este motivo, hice el primer Power Down de mis HP disponibles. Aunque estoy convencida de que lo mejor es ahorrar en HP y usar poco estos fondos, sin embargo la situación económica me forzó a sacar de allí para ese gasto del seguro médico.

El saber que el ahorro en la plataforma es importante, me hace agradecer este sistema que tiene HIVE donde en cada publicación que hago, puedo cobrar líquido solo una parte y la otra parte se acumula en mis HP. Otro beneficio es que gracias a los ingresos en Hive, de vez en cuando me doy un gusto en comprar lo que quiero, así no sea de necesidad primordial, jajaja. También gracias a pertenecer a Hive pude contratar el servicio de internet por fibra óptica que tanto necesitaba, y todos los meses el pago de este servicio sale de mis ingresos aquí. Por eso puedo decir que mi espectativa en cuanto a obtener beneficios económicos se han cumplido, son metas realizadas. Esto demuestra que cualquier persona que se proponga pertenecer a la familia de Hive puede recibir estos beneficios por su constancia y buen trabajo, así como me sucedió a mí.

✅Nuevas amistades.

Al principio cuesta entender que Hive es una red social, dónde se interactúa con otros autores. Por eso, gracias al contacto por mensajes he podido conocer a nuevos amigos. En el transcurso del año sigo y conozco el trabajo de unos 28 autores y gracias a mis comentarios y interés en otros he logrado que 66 personas estén atentos a mi trabajo y me apoyen. También puedo percibir que hay personas que valoran lo que haces, como los curadores que se fijan en tu trabajo y dan su apoyo a tus artículos. En mi caso tengo el privilegio que en la mayoría de mis publicaciones siempre la valoran estos curadores, agradezco mucho eso. También a través de este año conocí personas que me han aconsejado para mejorar mis artículos y eso fue de gran ayuda para mí.

Puedo decir que tengo nuevas amigas, conocidas por trabajar juntas aquí y hasta da la casualidad de la vida, que viven en la misma ciudad que yo, y lo sé por qué interactuamos por esta red social. Gracias a este contacto y por ocuparme en el trabajo de otros y otros en el mío he logrado aumentar mi reputación de 25 con la que empecé, a tener al día de hoy 67, que aún no lo creo, jajaja. Agradezco la confianza y el valor que otros autores y los curadores más grandes le han dado a mi trabajo. De verdad, gracias a todos!!.

Al día de hoy he podido ayudar a compartir sus trabajos en hive a unos 3 nuevos autores incluyendo a mi esposo @jossalvia. Eso me hace crecer más como persona pues me siento agradecida de serle útil a alguien más que necesita adaptarse y trabajar aquí. Siempre el ayudar a otros me hace feliz, con mis aportes y sugerencias puedo ver cómo cada Hiver que ayudo crece como autor y como perfecciona su trabajo y con excelentes recompensas, eso me motiva a ser mejor cada día y dar un buen ejemplo.

Antes no pertenecía a discord, grupos de chat y otros, ahora sé de qué se tratan y pertenezco a algunos de ellos, algo necesario para seguir creciendo en HIVE. Ya estoy más activa en visitar las comunidades y ver sus concursos o iniciativas, interactuar a través de estos me ha ayudado mucho también. Conozco algo de crypto monedas y he visto como el token HIVE a crecido y es estable. Ya me paseo por los mercados de crypto, entiendo el movimiento, abrí mi cuenta en binance, en fin, creo que son muchos los beneficios de estar activa ya por un año completo en Hive. Espero si Dios me lo permite, poder seguir mi camino trazado y lograr otras metas a medida que pasa el tiempo.

Agradezco a todos los que hacen vida en esta red social por su apoyo constante e interés en los nuevos autores. Felicito a los grandes curadores por su aporte y valoración que influye en el aumento del buen trabajo de sus hivers. También le digo a todo el que aún no se atreve a formar parte de esta familia,que intentar es lo mejor que pueden hacer, vale la pena los beneficios que se obtienen y que en parte describí en este post. Hello dear community, today I am pleased to share with you my growth as an author in HIVE since my beginnings. Today, as I celebrate one year since I started publishing my articles on this platform, I am very happy with my achievements. From the beginning my expectations were high, and I also knew that I had to make an effort to learn and be consistent every day with my work. But as time went by I was able to achieve my goals with dedication and hard work. Thanks to my friend and brother-in-law @aaalviarez who helped me in my beginnings, I could trust every day more and more that investing and sharing my work in Hive was worth it, and I proved it through time. Like everything, at the beginning it took me 2 days or more to finish a post, hahaha, until I mastered the tools better and I was able to publish up to 5 articles in 1 week.

✅Using Tools.

From the beginning, thank my God, I had a phone and a computer for work, however using them for writing and submitting articles was new to me. I started to receive guidance from my brother-in-law on the various steps to make a post, from the pictures to the banner at the end. I learned thanks to some tutorials, the use of codes to assemble web pages, the use of spell checkers in case there were spelling mistakes, and using Word Office to capture my ideas when making the post. Also, I learned to use the translator DeepL as a basic and very practical tool. I used to say that, since I don't speak English well, it would be almost impossible for me to do a good job, but this tool made it easier for me to translate the articles. I also learned throughout the year to use blog separators, to insert symbols in some articles and to modify my photos with the Canva application, all to improve the structure and make the posts more eye-catching. This because of my desire to give the best in Hive.

As my brother-in-law made me see, what makes a good article are the photos well taken, sharp and at the right angle, so I even had to become more skilled in photography, hahaha, which was not important to me. Now I am demanding with myself when it comes to taking pictures for my articles, something that I consider as self-improvement and commitment. Since I consider photos important, thanks to my income in Hive I was able to buy some photographic lenses that adapt to the cell phone. With these, I can better focus my objectives and even take macro photos. I am happy for this tool and all thanks to the work at Hive that motivated me.

✅Economic goals achieved.

One of the goals for which I decided to start working in hive, was that I had no income due to lack of employment. As I worked, I saw how I went from not even earning a reward, to getting good ratings and finally being able to earn the desired income for the week. Thanks to this I have been able to buy my cell phone photo lenses, help my aging parents with some money a month, I was able to buy a blender, a fan, which are necessary items. Another benefit I receive for my contributions to Hive, is that I was able to make the payment of some health insurance premiums that my husband and I have. For this reason, I made the first Power Down of my available HP. Although I am convinced that it is best to save in HP and use these funds sparingly, nevertheless the economic situation forced me to draw from there for that health insurance expense.

Knowing that the savings in the platform is important, I am grateful for this system that HIVE has, where in each publication I make, I can collect liquid cash only a part and the other part is accumulated in my HP. Another benefit is that thanks to the income in Hive, from time to time I treat myself to buy what I want, even if it is not of primary need, hahaha. Also thanks to belonging to Hive I was able to hire the fiber optic internet service that I needed so much, and every month the payment of this service comes out of my income here. That is why I can say that my expectations in terms of obtaining economic benefits have been fulfilled, they are realized goals. This shows that any person who intends to belong to the Hive family can receive these benefits for their perseverance and good work, as it happened to me.

✅New friendships.

At first it was hard to understand that Hive is a social network, where you interact with other authors. That's why, thanks to the contact by messages I have been able to meet new friends. In the course of the year I follow and know the work of about 28 authors and thanks to my comments and interest in others I have achieved that 66 people are attentive to my work and support me. I can also perceive that there are people who value what you do, such as curators who notice your work and give their support to your articles. In my case I have the privilege that most of my publications are always valued by these curators, I am very grateful for that. Also through this year I met people who have advised me to improve my articles and that was a great help for me.

I can say that I have new friends, known for working together here and it is even a coincidence of life that they live in the same city as me, and I know this because we interact through this social network. Thanks to this contact and for being involved in the work of others and others in mine, I have managed to increase my reputation from 25 when I started, to have 67 today, which I still can't believe it, hahaha. I appreciate the trust and value that other authors and the greatest curators have given to my work. Really, thank you all!!!.

As of today I have been able to help share their work on hive to about 3 new authors including my husband @jossalvia. That makes me grow more as a person because I feel grateful to be useful to someone else who needs to adapt and work here. Helping others always makes me happy, with my contributions and suggestions I can see how each Hiver I help grows as an author and how they improve their work and with excellent rewards, that motivates me to be better every day and set a good example.

Before I didn't belong to discord, chat groups and others, now I know what they are about and I belong to some of them, something necessary to keep growing in HIVE. I am already more active in visiting the communities and seeing their contests or initiatives, interacting through these has helped me a lot too. I know something about cryptocurrencies and I have seen how the HIVE token has grown and is stable. I already walk around the crypto markets, I understand the movement, I opened my account in binance, in short, I think there are many benefits of being active for a full year in Hive. I hope if God allows me, I can follow my path and achieve other goals as time goes by.

I congratulate the great curators for their contribution and appreciation that influences the increase of the good work of their hivers.
