Hi Guys! Welcome back to installment #3 of Sublime and Beatiful Sunday. Nice day, isn't it? For those who don't know what I'm talking about, this is an initiative of @coff33a where every Sunday you can share photos of whatever you want about how your Sunday has been.
On this occasion I bring for you something that makes me very happy. A few weeks ago I shared with you the process of making the handmade wine I made, but what about the result?
Sublime y hermoso Domingo.
¡Hola Chicos! Bienvenidos nuevamente a la entrega #3 de Sublime and Beatiful Sunday. Bonito día ¿verdad? Para los que no saben de lo que hablo, esta es una iniciativa de @coff33a en donde todos los domingos puedes compartir fotos de lo que tu quieras sobre como ha sido tu día domingo.
En esta ocasión traigo para ustedes algo que me hace muy feliz. Hace algunas semanas les compartí el proceso de realización del vino artesanal que hice ¿Pero que hay del resultado?
The day of the tasting has arrived. TODAY we will know if it is ready for bottling, it still has to wait a little longer.
As I told you, it should be stored in a dark and dry place.
Llego el día de la degustación. HOY sabremos si esta apto para el envasado, aún debe aguardar un poco más.
Como les había dicho, debe guardarse en un sitio oscuro y seco.
We must wash our hands before any manipulation to the container.
Debemos lavarnos las manos antes de cualquier manipulación al recipiente.
We remove the lid and the gauze that we had left there.
Retiramos la tapa y la gasa que habíamos dejado allí.
With the help of a strainer we empty a little of the content in a container.
Con ayuda de un colador vaciamos un poco del contenido en un recipiente.
We cover again with the gauze, the lid and we return the bottle to its place.
Serve in a glass. Stir a little to see the body and color.
Volvemos a tapar con la gasa, la tapa y devolvemos el botellon a su lugar.
Servimos en una copa. Removemos un poco para ver el cuerpo y color.
We proceed to the best part: TASTING IT.
GENTLEMEN, OUR WINE IS A SUCCESS. It has a beautiful balance of color and flavor. Although it is not yet in full rigor, it's body and texture are beautiful. In my opinion, with one more week it will be perfect for bottling.
Procedemos a la mejor parte: PROBARLO.
SEÑORES, NUESTRO VINO ES UN ÉXITO. Tiene un bello equilibrio de color y sabor. Aunque todavía no tiene demasiado rigor, es cuerpo y textura son hermosos. A mi criterio con una semana más estará en su punto perfecto para el envasado.
