Hola amigos de hive y liketu , hoy quiero compartirles lo que fue mi entrenamiento de planche-stradlle , este entrenamiento se basa en ganar fuerza en general para el hombro con un fin de fortalecerlo y lograr tener un fuerza de aguante para el movimiento en si ...estos ejercicios los ayudarán a lograr ese objetivo , espero que les guste nos vemos en otra publicación
