Organoleptic of fruits / Monsanto will not like this

I have made some publications related to vegetable planting in order to show that with little care you can plant in your own home. During this time of pandemic, it is necessary to be supplied and to leave the house as little as possible while the quarantine is in place.

One of the aspects that I will address in this publication is the quality and aesthetics of certain vegetables considered by the majority as low quality vegetables due to the marketing to which they have been subjected to different vegetable items.

We have been accustomed to vegetable products with a perfect presentation so much so that when we notice some "defect" we refuse to buy. But to what extent is a vegetable with some ripening effect imperfect? Is it counterproductive for our health? The answer is no, the process of maturation of the vegetables is natural and the more signs that the fruit has more natural and organic.

On the contrary, those vegetables that are large in size or have extremely bright colors usually come from transgenic crops, not all that glitters is gold, and the experience of consumers according to various studies and surveys says that vegetable products are dull, this is where the organoleptic of organic fruits and vegetables, which despite not having the presentation of genetically engineered transgenic vegetables, have strong and powerful aromas and flavors.

I have no words to describe the exquisiteness of smelling Parchita pineapples, guava and melon fruits known to give off delicious aromas that make anyone's mouth water, or I don't know if I feel lucky enough to live in a tropical Caribbean country with great capacity to produce exotic fruits.

When you see again organic fruits with stains produced by the natural oxidation of the final cycle of maturation you won't have to worry much about your health because it is completely normal.

Another reason not to buy "perfect" transgenic fruits that are highly carcinogenic is that they are cut green which indicates that the fruits and vegetables do not manage to obtain the necessary nutrients so that the vegetables have all the vitamins that can offer multiple benefits to our body.
