Forest cottage.
Hello friends,
I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. While we still not sure what to expect with the upcoming school year, I’m trying to figure out if I could potentially homeschool. It’s a hard decision to make for me, because my kids need to socialize, and I’m not ready to homeschool. I would have to spend most of the day teaching my kids. I’m already doing it: helping with music, art, and sports, as much as I can. I’m afraid to not have free time to do my art. I know that we have to be thankful for that everyone is healthy, and in order to stay safe schools might have to continue distance learning, but it’s hard to accept that it will happen again.
Well since it was a weekend, I got some free time and enjoyed doing art. I don’t like the result so much, but I like that I got to have my quiet time. I think moms know what it means:-)
Here are the process photos.
1.The pencil sketch.
2.Painting trees with all the possible colors that trees could have. I tried to do wet on wet technic but, it didn’t work out.
3.Painting the cottage, and the lake.
4.Finishing up the little details like windows, reflections, and water surface.
Here are some bonus photos:-)
I really hope you enjoyed the process photos.
Thank you for visiting my blog!

I like the vibrant colors you used !! Regarding what you said, I understand you totally, it is complicated with working and also educating the children at home, but we must encourage them that everything will soon happen !!. To give us time to do what we enjoy! Regards
