I tried brighten my sick days with flowers’ photos.
All that I could do past days is scroll my newsfeed. I saw how hive as all the other crypto went down some. But hey, we’re hive-people keep hoping for the best, right?
I felt a little better yesterday, that decided to play around with my phone macro-lens. It’s a tiny lens that clips to my phone and lets me do some simple macro.
Let me share how photos looked before and after editing.
I honestly don’t know the names of these plants, but I find them pretty. I love the vivid colors.
While I was staying home, I realized that having a virtual access to my abroad friends and relatives is a real blessing.
The fact that they live in different time zones is another blessing because that means I can call several of them in one day, and keep getting socialized. Not that I’m some kind of social shark, no. It’s just gets boring to stay home and do nothing for too long.
Many things happened recently that helped me and my relatives, and ex (-classmates,
-groupmates, -coworkers), to get in touch.
- Number one was the riots in our motherland country. Everyone was worried, and we were searching for info, since internet was down there, we didn’t know if our close once are doing ok. People there knew less than we did because they couldn’t go online. By the way, I read that problems with the internet there caused crypto go down worldwide.
- Number two is the amount of people getting sick. This is crazy too. Whichever person I was talking or texting to, either himself/herself or his/her relatives were sick. We ended up exchanging our doctors’ suggested lists of medications (mainly vitamins). At the end I made a joke saying we’re not that old to talk about health and supplements only.
I stopped checking how many people tested positive with COVID-19 in summer of 2020, because it was driving me crazy. So when my friends from overseas ask about it, I answer - I don’t know. The funny thing is that I can’t even make an appointment because whenever people with cold like symptoms want to make one, only Telemed (online appointment) is available. I was wondering how can they diagnose bronchitis or pneumonia via Telemed?
So it’s kind of hard to think about something nice in this health state. That’s why I have my flowers photos to brighten up all those who are sick right now and can’t go outside to enjoy the air and nature around them.
If you’re are bored and tired, and not feeling well these photos are for you to enjoy!
I was taking these photos with phone, so they are not professional but I really enjoy taking photos.
I love taking photos of sunsets. I enjoy both watching and making memories of it.
While I was trying to photograph this flower an ant came out of there. Maybe I accidentally shook the flower, oops.
I really like how the colors turned out. I like the contrast and saturation (I hope used the right term).
Well, the ant is saying bye here. I also should call it a night.
