Sublime and beautiful Sunday.
We love going to the beach on the weekends.
It’s a great blessing to us. It’s sad to think that soon water will get too cold for us (not for tourists:-), and then there will be a Portuguese Man O’ War jellyfish season, that we like to avoid.
We still have the time to enjoy the beach till sometime in November. Then we have a long break until April or even May, but we’ll see.
We found this little guy on our way back. They are so funny when running away. Their legs move pretty cute, just like iguanas. At first it was scared of me.
When it got closer to the hiding place it started posing, and didn’t look worried anymore.

I’m now getting more in the habit of using portrait mode when taking photos of flowers. I really like how they turn out.
I’m really grateful to live in such a sunny place, where every day feels like a vacation. There are also some disadvantages but today I don’t want to think or talk about them. Maybe will keep them for another time.

I recently started to look for good sunsets. Already got a good set of them from different places. I’ll start sharing them pretty soon.
I love sunrises too but it’s challenging for me to wake up so early. So I mostly hunt for the sunsets. It’s also easy to combine it with a walk.

Visiting the beach eventually is very rewarding. Enjoying a good time in the water is refreshing for our body; besides, lying on the sand and taking a little bit of sun also strengthens the body because of the vitamin "D" provided by the sun. It is good that you avoid the jellyfish season, some species are very poisonous...
In your country there are many climatic changes by the seasons, but here in Venezuela there are only two seasons (rainy and drought) that almost always have the similarity of having the same characteristics (heat), so the beaches almost always, throughout the year, its waters are warm and very rarely are cold. You have presented us with some beautiful images of these generous beaches.
It is true, those reptiles are very funny when running and very elusive, we call them "Tuqueque", they make a very strange sound to call the female. You have managed to get an excellent picture. Great!

The twilights are very sharp in those images, truly spectacular. And the "Trinitario" flowers very beautiful too. Truly, where you live, it's like having a vacation every day and the disadvantages better be left for next year (laughs).

Visitar la playa eventualmente es muy gratificante. Disfrutar un buen rato dentro del agua se hace refrescante para nuestro cuerpo; además, acostarse sobre la arena y tomar un poquito de Sol también fortalece el organismo por la vitamina “D” que suministra el astro rey. Es bueno que eviten la temporada de medusas, algunas especies son muy venenosas…
Allá en su país existen muchos cambios climáticos por las estaciones, pero aquí en Venezuela tan sólo hay dos estaciones (lluviosa y sequía) que casi siempre poseen la similitud de tener las mismas características (el calor), por eso las playas casi siempre, por todo el año, sus aguas son tibias y muy rara vez son frías. Tu nos has presentado unas hermosas imágenes de esas generosas playas.
Es cierto, esos reptiles son muy graciosos al correr y muy escurridizos, nosotros le llamamos “Tuqueque”, ellos hacen un sonido muy extraño para llamar a la hembra. Has logrado sacarle una excelente fotografía. Genial!

Los crepúsculos están muy nítidos en esas imágenes, verdaderamente espectacular. Y las flores “Trinitarias” muy hermosas también. En verdad, ahí donde vives, es como pasar vacaciones cada día y las desventajas mejor déjalas para el año que viene (risas).
