[ENG/ESP]Macaroni with pink sauce and tuna./Macarrones con salsa rosada y atún.

Today was the day to prepare a quick lunch, but not because it is quick it has to be unappetizing, and what faster than a dish of macaroni with pink sauce and tuna and that no doubt no one can refuse. You just have to have the time to cook a pasta and everything inside, mix and we are having lunch in less than 10 minutes. Here is the step by step:

Hoy fue día de preparar un rápido almuerzo, pero no porque sea rápido tiene que ser poco apetecible, y que más rápido que un plato de macarrones con salsa rosada y atún y que sin lugar a dudas nadie puede rechazar. Solo tienes que disponer del tiempo para cocinar una pasta y todo adentro, mezclar y estamos almorzando en menos de 10 minutos. A continuación el paso a paso:

We put a big pot with three liters of water and a big spoonful of salt. We let it boil and add the macaroni and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes stirring from time to time to prevent the pasta from sticking.

Colocamos una olla grande con tres litros de agua y una cucharada grande de sal. La dejamos hervir y agregamos los macarrones dejándolos cocinar por 8 a 10 minutos removiendo de vez en cuando para evitar que se pegue la pasta.

Open the can of tuna and drain the oil, pour the contents of the can over the pasta and add the tomato sauce and mayonnaise and with a spoon mix everything very well making sure that all the pasta is covered with sauce.

Abrir la lata de atún y escurrir el aceite, verter el contenido de la lata sobre la pasta y añadir la salsa de tomate y la mayonesa y con una cuchara mezclar todo muy bien asegurándonos de que toda la pasta quedé cubierta de salsa.
