Bird flying high, you know how I feel :) / Painting "Bird" and the story of its appearing

This painting was painted in 2018, many materials were used - mainly acrylic, building paint, polymer clay - plastic, plasticine, epoxy resin, foam, lumpy glass, glass beads.

It is a long story of painting it, sometimes mysterious.

For some time I was painting it in nature in the forest. We needed to protect the painting and wait for it to dry, so we had to live near it in a tent for several days:)

But the paint dried out for a very long time, so me and Vika decided to transport it. It was not easy and quite long but interesting walk from the forest to our art studio with a bid painting on a stretcher-palankeen from wooden branches 😁

The mystical part of the story happened at the very beginning, when I was making canvas. The door to the balcony was opened. And while my handmade canvas was already ready and was lying on the floor, a pigeon flew in, entered the room through the balcony, and sat on the middle of the canvas.
It was a very amazing event, and inspiring, it can be regarded as a blessing, and since that time, writing this picture has been a journey towards oneself, the relationship between the inner world, and the surrounding world, nature.

Initially, the painting was painted as an abstraction, and this is what it is. But in the end, already in the finished picture, the figure of a flying pigeon was found, and if you look closely, you can see it.

This painting is like a bright whirlpool, filled with vitality and love, and let it inspire and delight everyone looking at it)
