A Picnic at a Nearby Tea Garden

Yesterday was a Sunday and the Weather was just too perfect to pass down for us to go for a Picnic. But thankfully we already had a Picnic planned for the day so we didn't have to prepare a lot for the Day. So for yesterday's Picnic we went to a nearby Tea Garden named Choulibari Tea Estate which was just around 20 kilometres away from my home.

This Picnic was organised by the people from the Office and I was the only one invited from the Sales Team. It was me and 20 other people from the office and since it was just us boys the Menu was just short with only a few items to eat. We had Rice, Dal, Mutton Curry, Fish Fry and some Bringal Bharta.

Even though the dishes were fixed at the final moment we really craved some Khichdi so what else we made some Khichdi at the last moment which was really delicious as the weather really complimented Khichdi. As for the side dish we made some Fish Fry and made a slight Fish Curry to go with it.

The thing that I love about Picnics is that there is just a down to earth vibe where we cook with wood, eat on the ground and even sometimes roll down the small valleys as if you haven't realised yet we were all drunk to the Brim. But all the drivers did Drink responsibly as Life Matters other than that we drank like there was no tomorrow. It was a lot of Fun and the location really complimented the Weather as the location also had some River running down. So if you are from the North side of West Bengal then do think about visiting that Tea Garden as it is a nice Picnic Spot.

Nothing beats the basics, to live simply and humbly is truly a joy for that's how life is suppose to be lived. So cool to have all male picnics like this. I bet you really had a fun time together.
