If there is one thing that people in their 40s ask me is if they are too late to start their Investment Journey and I always give them the same exact answer which is that

My Father Started at 60 so yeah you are definitely not Late

I have recently developed a sort of Finance Guy Tag among my relatives and friends especially since almost everyone knows that I invest in a broad spectrum of Asset Classes which includes MUTUAL FUNDS, STOCKS, US STOCKS, AND MANY MORE. So yeah a lot of people including some of my seniors ask me what I am doing with my Investment Journey and even though I always say that Personal Finance is always PERSONAL and my Risk Appetite may be bigger than yours but still when they ask me I always tell them to go for BLUECHIPS rather than something Risky.

One of those Senior just started his Investment Journey and he was afraid that he has lost Time and I just gave a Basic Calculation that if you have lost some Years on your Investment all you have to do is Increase your SIP by a little and you will be SET. So yeah as long as you have 10 years of Solid Investment Phase you can make things work.

So yeah it doesn't Matter when you Start Investing but the Important Fact is to Start Investing.

I think that there is no such thing as late to invest. But of course the earlier you start the better. And the low risk, long term investment is the best.

Better late than never. Everyone should learn to invest and start their journey as soon as they possibly can.
