My Fight Against Cholesterol

It is no denying that my Body Metabolism is kinda fked up and I have to do a lot of things just so that I don't gain weight let alone shed some weight one of the things that come with weight gain is Cholesterol and not the good kind as I would love to have some Good Cholesterol in my Body. But that being said I am following a lot of steps to ensure that I get rid of as much Cholesterol from my body and of the things that I make sure to do is choose individual vegetables that allow me to clean my arteries from the Cholesterol.

For example, Aubergine or Brinjal is a healthy vegetable that is full of Antioxidants and helps you to reduce Cholesterol provided you are not eating it fried in Oil.
Next in line is the humble Lady Finger or Okra which a lot of people don't like to eat. Okra contains a gel-like substance that actually binds Cholesterol and allows it to pass through the Stool.
Finally, there is the absolute Cholesterol Killer Garlic which helps to actually reduce Cholesterol in your blood, plus it is an added benefit that it also lowers Blood Pressure. But sadly this is the one thing I wouldn't say I like to eat as my Mom wants me to eat it Raw which is not enjoyable.

So yeah if you have high Cholesterol then you should try these out.
