Pre - OP Taking The Blood Test

Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to the story about my son Surgery. The day after we consult at doctor, we need to take the blood sample from my son body to check it if any bad inside his blood or he has some allergic with meds or not. It all just for his dose of anesthesy. And i am really trauma about anesthesy because when i got eye surgery back then the anesthesy meds affect my life a lot. I got more than 6 years Epilepsy stats. And even those sickness already gone but the trauma still in there and i dont want my son having this problem too in the future. Thats why i really care and worry about his anesthesy.

So, in the morning after registration and paid all the bill, we need to wait for the nurse to take turn for my son.

At that time my son really brave, he even did not sad or afraid when we are telling them that need to take his blood. He knew all along this surgery is for his health and it will make him healthier than right now thats why he insisting to get surgery too. I am kinda shocked how mature and wise he is. This time the only that afraid and worry is just me i guess. My wife felt easy at that time since she believe my son doctor can handle it well and believe the doctor. But, i am not that easy to trust everyone. Even though i am admired her ( the doctor) surgery portofolio. But, we never know when the bad things comes right. Thats why i felt uneasy and overthinking. At that time maybe almost a month i cannot sleep well.

When my boy turn comes, he called inside and the nurse allowed for his family to comes inside and cheering and calming my son. From my experience before my son afraid and crying out loud when he got injected by needle and sucked his blood. But, this time he is really like Superman. He even not crying at all. But, deep down i knew that he is really afraid. I can see in his fake smile but he cannot cover his eyes that he really afraid. But, i really salute to my boy. He can endure it until its done. And then after all done, we need to waiting almost half of day. So, we are doing other things as usual. Mostly just chilling at house since my son cannot go out (afraid that he got infected). and meanwhile me, I am not in the mood to go out or having fun at that time. Everything felt bitter at that time.

But, when night comes and we need to take my son bloodtest result. My wife asked me to calm down a bit. Relaxing the mind and body just in case for my bloodpressure. Take stress too much can affect to my health too. And also we need to talk just the two of us about financial after this surgery. So, we ended ordering Milk and roasted corn. This snack is really fit in my hometown since when night come the temp will goes down and really cold. So, drinking hot milk and eating roasted corn is good at that time. And then we are spending around 2 hours discussing about our finance and arrange the plan for the next 2 weeks.
