The Story of My Son Surgery

Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about how the journey of my son surgery. Finally we are decided to surgery his Adenoid and Tonsils. Apparently removing tonsils and adenoid is kinda common right now in Indonesia and my son doctor also said that many kids that in my son age got this surgery. And it will make the kids life easily and healthier. And this is the progress.
It happens last month and since i am away from my home and going back to my parents house. So, i am not writting anymore. And yeah i need to do many things and need to assembling my schedule again thats why i am not in Hive at that time. And today i already have some spare time and turns out that writting can make my head having little less burden. So, i will share my journey here. And also i think this is good for reminder for my son if he can read all my journey after having assets in Hive.

This is first day i am sleeping in my parents house a.k.a where i am live back then. The situation and the vibes is really chilling. There is no rush, no need to worry anything just chill. Especially drinking coffee milk in the morning. Its like blessing.
But, that day I need to bring my son to go lab and get his X rays for his adenoid and tonsils. If the adenoid are reduced then the surgery is cancelled. But, if its stay so the surgery still going on.

This is the lab that pretty good in my hometown that really affordable. The rest is either too expensive or the quality of the outcome is not good. So, in this place my son need to get pictured by x rays. After got pictured we need to wait around 4-5 hours. So, we can do other things first for today.

Of course the first thing that we do is eating our favourite local eatery called Samud. This place is selling meatballs. Many people said that this place selling pork meatballs. But, actually this is just beef meatballs. And this taste is really suit on our taste. Not too salty and yet not too plain. Its just fit. Also this is cheaper than in near my home in Surabaya city. The cost is 3 times less than in Surabaya city. Thats why we going here first.

After that while waiting the result, my son got haircut by his grandfather. Yep, when me and my brother in school, we are never going to barbershop. My parents usually cut our hair. And their cut is not modest at all. Mostly similar cut. Giving 1 cm left each side and make neat at the top.

And in the noon, me and my wife pick up the result and turns out the result is not good at all. I still can see the adenoid mass in his throat. So, it will need to be surgery. Next day we need to consult to my son Otolaryngologist. And planning about his surgery, from the actual date until what need to prepare and how much for the cost of this surgery.
